Bought a new phone here the other day. Abdullah was friendly, polite, and very helpful. Gave me info, and set up the phone for me, and was extremely jovial. An amazing experience!

Benji did an amazing job. Super fast service, and it was great that he gave me the discounts on my two sim cards and another phone.Definitely recommend everyone to go here and see Benji. Take advantage of the 100,000 to 200,000 points when buying a phone or 20,000 points when buying a sim card.

Roger's was open with tight security allowances. Two customers in the store w two salespeople!No crowding.I had a few questions about my phone plan and made adjustments quickly and efficiently.It was a delight to speak with a assistant manager lady representative.Often, I'm intimated by these tech places; not the case in this plaza. Thx for being human.

Ben was the best rep I've ever dealt with in this industry. I was not able to upgrade my phone today, however, I came in with an issue regarding my plan. Ben went above and beyond to get my plan changed and even cheaper than what I was currently paying!!I highly recommend going to see Ben if you are looking at upgrading your phone or with any plan issues. I, for one, will be back to the mobile shop when my contract is due.Thanks Ben!!

Went in today for a screen protector and case. Not a big selection but got what I needed quick and easy. I also liked the two young men working, they were really friendly and in contagious good spirits. A little corny, but it was among the better phone store experiences.

I had called and asked about a phone I was looking for. It was the 13 pro max with Fido, I asked some questions regarding plans, deals and promotions on the account. I then asked if they have the phone in stock in the store. The guy on the phone said no and told me that another mobile shop has it up north Barrie. I told him that I’ll look elsewhere and see if someone else has that phone and if not, I’ll come back to this store. The guy on the phone started to give me attitude, saying stuff like: “not cool bro, why ask all this when you’re not gonna get the phone with me.”, he sounded mad and upset. I ended up giving the sale to the store up north but was very disappointed on how I was treated over the phone because I had some questions.
