Great place to work on yourself or your relationships. They make trauma therapy seem less intimidating and the beautiful rooms are very comfortable. The therapist I have is wonderful.

I love the comfortable office space/counselling rooms, it is very open and welcoming, not intimidating at all! Its so nice to see diverse clinical counsellors able to speak different languages and specializing in various areas: trauma, anxiety, depression, covid 19 related stress with different approaches like CBT and DBT. I also appreciate how they include free consultation calls and have both in person and online counselling services available.
