I dont usually go to this location, this morning, i had to. Let me tell you, it was the worst experience at a AW franchise i have ever had. the lady at the drive throu gave me attidude for ordering burgers at 7h30AM. said it would take 10 minutes (whatever ok).As i sit in my car waiting for her to bring it to me (like she said she would) I realize i have now been waiting 25 minutes for 2 hamburgers.I make my way inside to find her on her cellphone, she looks at me annoyed, i ask how come i was told 10 minutes and its now been 25 minutes. She tells me thats on me for ordering Lunch menu items at breakfast.she then turns around give me my bag which was sitting on the counter for who knows how long.it was cold, nasty and will make me think twice about choosing AW over McDonalds

Horrible service charged me 5$ extra to change my fries in my trio for an onion ring. For the kiddie meal I was charged 3$ for a onion ring substitution.Some of my items were forgotten while others were cold and stale.The atmosphere was horrible since there was many homeless people trying to beg.

Friendly and fast service but the place needed a good clean up tables and floor not clean debris and garbages overflowing.Bathroom was also dirty.

My experience with a rude and very unhelpful person at the car take out service @ 7:45am no other customers. But because I ask not to have butter or margarine and just a tomato. It was the biggest ordeal. She says I do not understand. No problem I explained again. She seemed to understand and I went to the window to pay and collect my items. Totally unfriendly face greeted me I pay I receive my coffee. That not too long after my food. Get to work and yes there was no butter or margarine but absolutely no tomato!! Then my coffee no stir stick or sugar on the side was given. Too lazy or does not care about the customers. You make your own decisions.

Was refused an online order (that was confirmed with at the window) told me i had to go get a refund myself, was then hesitant to take another order. Went home to 2 double buddy burger with uncooked onions and dried meat that was probably sitting there for a couple of hours

My boyfriend and I went to eat there and the manager was on her phone in the restaurant talking super loud not caring about the fact that there was customers. Shortly after, her and some employees start arguing in the restaurant not in the back, pratically screaming while we're trying to eat. Those employees did not care at all and should not be there and they should reconsider having that person as a manager.

Good meal, good sized coffee, bread was well done.Correctly buttered and cut. The one gripe I had was instead of the normal 3 bacon slices, only two were provided.The sunny side up eggs were donne correctly as well.Metal cutlery and a proper plate was a plus. Paper cup for the coffee was convenient to go.The trash area could use some labelling, as people who aren't regulars may not know how to sort the plates, cutlery and trays.

Great staff they were busy at midnight but the cashier was apologetic and friendly. The burger was good as expected I would go through the drive-thru next time since it was less busy

The food is good but not the service ! I order a Chicken hamburger combo and there were 4 people after me ,and then they get their order before me . I ask the cashier there how come my order not ready and she ask me what's your order sir ! I was so surprise she ask what's my order ! I think you should put one manager more mature to manage the resto cause all people who work there act like the small children !It's at around 10pm !!
