My experience at MNP was great. They were so kind and helpful. I dealt with Shelly M at the Sydney office. She was so informative & helped me understand the whole process. She helped me get everything I needed. Before going in I felt so ashamed and embarrassed but Shelly put me at ease and never made me feel like I shouldn’t have been there.
