Lori Clements is clueless and should be fired. My case worker was ok, but the Lori as Manager just signed off on a document that was completely different than what was happening. 3-4 years later my children are still being abused because of her. Disgusting people and system.

Starting from childhood, Children's Aid bumbled their job. Kidnapping children away from their mother without telling them where they are going, without a goodbye to mom. Plopped into a family who were of a different culture and religion. Placing children with inappropriate drivers.. Meeting child abusers and instead of taking a child away when they disclosure abuse, they allow the abuser to abuse them some more. Seemingly incompetent and inability to co-operate in a constructive manner and instead resorts to allowing their case workers to abuse, discriminate as well as exhibit racist behaviour. My overall recent encounter has left me lost for words. Supervisors and upper management unwilling to investigate allegations made against their own employees and thus allow vulnerable populations to be continuously exploited.

horrible place. they find joy in taking kids away from parents who need their kids and are good parents. but they won’t even help kids who actually need it. horrible place with horrible intentions

Took forever to talk to someone to give important feedback. The options your provided while listening to the automated options have you circle around and around. Finally, speak to reception ask for a specific extension example that I am returning a phone call. Blind transfer to the extension without seeing if the person was available. I was never able to speak with the person. Typical government service.

Another Native child was stolen from her family and given to an abusive family. Heartless, brow beating, two faced liars. They don't care what you have to say, simply talk down to you until they get what they want. Update she claimed there was no lawyers name on file there is no case open and she lied to the police officer claiming she was on duty this was not a c.a.s issue . Mrs Izzie ab employee of child services is a lier , abusive hostel woman and had harmed mynchild lied to a police officer and will not get away with this the ethics of her occupation is unprofessional I will be making a statement out of this. She has no right to be allowed around my children at all . No case no number no reason. And she lied to get out of trouble which isnt going to happen I will not allow it .A worker from guelph location assaulted my 2 year old and her supervisor didnt Give to craps when we called to complain we also called guelph police and they said to call cas neither want to do their job how sad has childrens aid become this is truly disappointing and karma shall be watching as well as God! They conside with ignorance of those who are to help these innocent kids from Ignorant people like that .
