I often ship packages to the United States and have tried mailing with Canada Post and an other UPS Store due to closeness of proximity. However, they always caused me anxiety and discomfort; their services were expensive for the quality of customer service. I entered Daniel's store and he immediately took care of my mailing needs with the best attention and intention. He makes me feel at ease with shipping to the United States and is truly dedicated to each of his customers' needs.

Just went there to ship a prepaid package and as it turned out it was a Fedex label. The owner not only gave me directions to find the right place but PREPARED the package for me. Best experience ever inside a UPS store.

The best UPS Store in South Shore! Today is Saturday, and is extremely cold. I googled UPS stores with filter: open/near me, then found this store. with temperature at this low, it's not easy to open the door and to bring goods in at same time, I was amazed that the door was opened for me by a store staff and kept open until I brought goods totally inside the store. the store staff was very nice and kindly guided me to put goods at right place, then scanned labels, handed me a receipt with all tracking numbers. it was one of the best experiences I have ever had when dealing with UPS stores.

The gentleman that works there is very courteous, professional and efficient. He helped me prepare my shipment of 9 large boxes and gave me tips for shipping in the future. 5 star rating for 5 star service! This is the ups store you want to be using on the south shore!

It's rare that you get outstanding customer service and once it happens your sort of taken back.This is what I experienced coming to this ups store. Daniel was serving me as I was sending Wheels to a different province and he was so helpful not only with my constant questions but packaging the wheels also. He was patient with me and kind. Would go out of my way to get service like this. Bravo 5 stars well deserved

I recently had the pleasure of working with Daniel and his team who helped with sending office equipment from a residence in Quebec to Ontario. I must say that their customer service and attention to detail was amazing! They took care of all our needs and were accommodating to any special requests we had. I was impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. The equipment arrived in perfect condition and was clearly wrapped and packaged with care.
