It was our 1st visit to have sutures removed that a neuter clinic did. We weren't able to make it to the other clinics designated time so we needed a new vet and was highly recommended here. We made an appointment to have them removed and after all found out the sutures were not there. I certainly expected to pay for the look see visit but they just said all good and no charge for a visit that nothing was done but I thought at least for their time. That was really appreciated alot beyond words. I thank your clinic and everyone was very nice and welcoming. We definitely found our new pets home for their vet needs.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this clinic. We had to put our dear kitty to sleep a few days ago, they were so patient, compassionate, and kind. You can truly see their love for animals as you speak to each of their staff. I'm so grateful for all of their services. Thank you so much from the Lopez family ❤️

Every member of the Balfour Animal Hospital team exudes love for their patients, and for their patients' people. They took the time to ensure our dog, Charlie, was comfortable before they began any of his regular shots and examination. He can be a bit anxious and the team members were all exceptionally kind and smothered him with love. They went above and beyond to answer my questions and give guidance. The very best in pet care is delivered here!

Excellent care provided to our precious Sadie. Dr. and staff are outstanding and very kind. This is now our second full year with Balfour Animal Hospital...I just love the care and attention they provide to keep our girl healthy and happy. We have taken advantage of the Gold plan membership, and it is so worth the value. Highly recommend you inquire with the staff and take advantage for your furry family member. Balfour animal hospital staff are SO friendly and helpful. I always feel good bringing my pets to them. They are always quick to fit us in, and then they follow up to see if the concern has resolved! Thanks for all your hard work and for fitting in the stray kitty yesterday I brought in.
