I recently purchased a car from A1 Auto sales, and I must express my deep disappointment with their lack of commitment to fulfilling their promises. When I bought the vehicle, the dealer assured me that they would promptly address a minor damage issue by repainting it. However, it has now been three long months, and the job remains unfinished.To say that I am frustrated and dissatisfied would be an understatement. I made my purchase with the expectation that the dealer would fulfill their obligations, but their lack of follow-through has left me feeling let down and taken advantage of. Not only did they fail to live up to their commitment, but they also failed to provide any reasonable explanation or attempt to rectify the situation.The lack of communication and transparency throughout this ordeal has been astonishing. I have reached out to the dealer multiple times, only to be met with excuses and empty promises. As a customer, I deserve better treatment than this. It is incredibly disheartening to experience such negligence and disregard for customer satisfaction.Due to this poor experience, I am left with no choice but to give A1 Auto sales a rating of 2 out of 5 stars. The delay in completing the paint job and the subsequent lack of communication have tarnished my overall impression of their services. It is my hope that by sharing my disappointment, other potential customers will be made aware of this dealership's shortcomings and exercise caution before making a purchase.In conclusion, I would strongly advise against dealing with A1 auto sales based on my personal experience. Their failure to fulfill their promises and lack of accountability have left me feeling both frustrated and disillusioned. Worst service ever! I sent my friend to buy a car which i found for her here. They were really unprofessional. Aman started laughing when The credit was not approved. Robby started being really annoying. He said that there is no way you can get approved. Little did he know that I went to another dealer and got her approval without any issues.100% certified unprofessional people

I've been looking for a Ford Ranger to use as a work truck for about a month. At A1 Auto I was able to get a great deal on a vehicle that matched my needs perfectly. I was suspicious of the paperwork which sounded too good to be true so I had a mechanic friend check the truck over. Everything checked out, urns out it's just a great little truck that should last. I just have my Toyota Corolla 2022 form A1 Auto sales and can’t express enough gratitude to them. Customer service is amazing and they are very nice and awesome from Michael is the sales associate to Robbie is the Finance manager. Great guys very knowledgeable and professional.

I am not sure if the other review are real because I had a terrible experience at A1 auto. Robbie was a terrible finance manager. He was constantly interrupting my mother and when she was writing prices down he told her she was lying which I found very disrespectful. He also constantly changed the price when we were close to closing a deal. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs.
