EQ3 Burlington - Power Centre

We bought several items of furniture from EQ3 in Burlington and the level of service we received was outstanding. We changed our minds on a couple of items and added other things as we were waiting for our order to arrive and it was all managed efficiently. I can’t recommend this store and their staff highly enough!

We came into the store over 3 weeks ago with these limited edition Mari Mekko pillows which cost over 200$ for a set of two. Within 1 month the pillows were pilling and the zipper seams were splitting/tearing and they were in terrible shape. The woman in the store (this was a Thursday evening) was shocked and said that this definitely should not happen in one month and that she would get a full refund or store credit ( we were fine with both), however she was unable to process the refund that night as the manager was not in the store. She took pictures of our receipt and of the pillows defects and told us the manager would be in touch the following day. It's not been over 3 weeks and no one has been in touch and I have called EQ3 Burlington and left a voicemail for the manager. This is absolutely unacceptable given the amount of money we spent on these pillows, clearly the price does not reflect the quality, as the sale clerk agreed. I'd like a full refund for the pillows.

Allison was very helpful and maintained great communication as we waited for the production of our couch. It was ready earlier than expected and the delivery was smooth.

I’ve visited several well known furniture stores in the last few weeks. EQ3 exceeded every one of them in terms of the welcome I received, product knowledge, follow up communication, and value. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this store. It has a large selection of high quality Canadian made sofas, you can review the extensive fabric selection and take a few swatches home to see how they look in your house.The sales persons are great, they are there when you need help, but giving you some space when you just want to explore the store. The delivery was smooth and faster than expected.Love my new sofa and thank you to Allison who helped us with the purchase.

We ordered two couches and two chairs years ago. Our chairs did not stand up to regular use and we replaced the fabric under warranty. Although we asked for the most durable replacement that could stand up to regular use . They did not withstand this use. We decided to replace with leather. Knowing we would have to pay we asked for assistance. The service department had the audacity to refuse to work on the furniture because one piece had a stain. Then they asked for us to accept buying new covers at a price almost equal to the cost of a new chair. Plus we would have to source our own upholstery person. This is the most ridiculous response ever and clearly the company does not care. I would not recommend this company at all based on their poor response to a request to PAY for new covers and their REFUSAL to provide service.

I ordered few items during boxing week and received everything 5-6 weeks later. From my in-store experience to delivery, all were amazing experiences. I couldn't decide on what colour to choose for my sofa, I explained my existing decor and limitations and Allison showed me a swatch that was beautiful. I went with that but wasn't 100% sure. My furniture was delivered today and I couldn't have had a better colour for a sofa. Throughout the time between purchase to delivery, Allison stayed in touch with me to keep me up to date with the process, from manufacturing start to delivery. Very pleased with the quality and design of the items I received. Regarding delivery: there was a huge snow storm today and I thought delivery would be cancelled but no, not only it wasn't cancelled, it was delivered within the indicated time window. The people who delivered the furniture were also amazingly courteous and respectful. I would definitely recommend EQ3 Burlington to others and I will definitely buy more items from this location. Thank you EQ3 for a wonderful shopping experience and beautifully designed furniture.

Worked with Jaclyn on buying a sectional for our basement entertainment area. She is, in the truest sense of the word, an exceptional worker who goes above and beyond to ensure quality service for customers. Not only was she prompt in her responses, personable yet professional, but she even designed mockups of our space based on the photos we sent. It was our first time buying a piece of furniture from EQ3, and it will now be our number one go-to when furnishing future homes. We will be recommending EQ3 Burlington (and specifically Jaclyn) to all our friends and family here in Windsor. Thank you for a smooth and pleasant experience.

Thank you to the entire EQ3 team in Burlington who make it worth a drive from downtown Toronto. Special mention to Allison who is thoughtful and attentive and helped us purchase a great table and chair set for our condo (Hatch+Wren). Very pleased top to bottom!

Just wanted to give a genuine 'shout-out' to/for Janelle Mann! I came into EQ3, with a very odd request surrounding fabric, with the propensity to purchase 'not' being high. She helped me with such authenticity; very remarkable indeed! I hope she is appreciated for her genuine efforts, professionalism and overall outstanding attitude with customers. She certainly left me with a very positive shopping experience for this store!
