These people are amazing!! Arrived right on time. Car set up super quick and very kind and professional driver. Felt safe and taken care of. Having your car breakdown can be stressful for people. As a woman, I definitely recommend these guys! Good honest service.

Terrible experience !Jim’s towing showed up through my bcaa membership ( Ahmad driver ) without text updates so I rushed over to my truck and without even getting out of his truck he said do you have a forklift available ! And said I can’t do this and drove off… ( I told them on the phone prior I would need a flat bed and the front tires are almost flat)Terrible service and rude driver.

Siavash, the driver, was so lovely and professional. He called shortly after the booking to give his ETA, then phoned again once at the house. It was a bit tricky getting the car out of the garage but he managed it very effectively. Would definitely recommend him and will most certainly be requesting him the next time I need towing.

This is a great tow truck company , I had a emergency on Christmas day and was stranded in Vancouver. They were all done for the day and business were closing for the holidays but they didn't leave me hanging .They sent out someone to pick my car and the driver was awesome , he also give me a ride to the local Canadian Tire .Above and beyond service .Thanks guysDarren

Person on the phone was nice mannered but lied each time we called asking what time he is coming. Waiting over an hour. We were told 30 mins, then he will be right there, then 8 mins then 7 mins now 8 mins. Its not stop lying.

I was quite pleased with the quality of service which I received from Jim’s Towing at 7 pm on a Friday night in downtown Vancouver. Based on their initial assessment of my situation, they helped me develop a safety plan for my car overnight [to decrease the risk of my car being vandalized] and then they contacted me the next morning [as they said they would]. The service provider was fast, friendly and very professional. I would recommend their services without hesitation. Thanks again Jim’s Towing.

Had a young Persian ( my cell says his name is Hamidreza )guy come tow my truck today . This guy worked hard and fast , no wasting time . Had a very clean truck in and out . and his driving ability was superb . Put my truck in a spot that I would have had a hard time getting , if I was driving my truck . but he did it off his tow truck . Thumbs up . I Highly recommend him and thus company

Our tow truck driver this afternoon, Craig, was super helpful and courteous with our flat tire/no key to unlock our locked nut issues.We laughed over the perfect hole in the tire and attempted to plug it when a BCAA roadside service tow truck driver also pulled over near by and we asked for their help too. Thankfully, he had some filler to get us on our way to where we’ll get our tired fixed in the coming days.Thanks so much for your help today, Craig, we really appreciated it! Truly honest people wanting to help however they can.
