I’ve bought 8 new Audi’s from BMA since 2004. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Audi’s are the best Germany has to offer, and BMA’s service is the industries benchmark. When you do business here you become part of the family.

Just want to share a story and subsequent review for Bill Matthew's Audi. I bought a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Audi in 2018. The car was roughly 2 years old and had recently been traded-in by the original owner due to the original owner no longer being able to 'afford the payments'. Fair enough, car looks clean, Carfax is clean, all is good. The sales process went very smoothly thanks to Adam/Jane, and I haven't had any major issues with the car since purchasing. Roughly 2 years later, I'm in the market to upsize to a larger vehicle and attempt to trade-in my CPO Audi at a dealership in Calgary. The dealership runs the Carfax and finds a $13,000 CAD insurance claim from ~3 months before I purchased the vehicle in 2018. Turns out, the original owner was involved in a major accident in another province, as soon as he returned to NL he unloaded the car via a trade-in before the Carfax report updated. Evidently there is a 4-6 month lag on Carfax reports. Now I have a vehicle that is worth considerably less through no fault of my own, nor any fault of Bill Matthew's Audi (BMA). Upon realizing this, I reached out to the Manager of BMA, Erol Darbaz, and after a couple weeks of e-mailing back and fourth, Erol was able to provide me with compensation roughly equal to the accelerated depreciation due to the recorded damages. I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I am with BMA's response to this situation, and how politely and professionally my concerns were addressed. I will likely always be an Audi customer because of this situation and highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market. Their integrity and honestly is top tier.

I have only been a client for less than a year, but I have been treated like I have been there my entire life! Other dealers I have felt with in the past would answer questions with “not sure we can do that” or “that’s your responsibility” all I have heard from the staff at Audi St. John’s is “Absolutely” and “all ready taken care of” I was about to make an appointment to change my seasonal tires and before I had the chance to call, I received a msg that my appointment has bee scheduled. Thank you for anticipating the customers needs. Patricia in the service dept has been super helpful and Kim in sales one time waved me down in a parking lot to ask me how the car is haha she was incredible to work with. You guys have a client for life!

Purchased a new vehicle. It was the best service experience I have ever had……not just car purchases but ever.
