Leung Anita Law Office

I have worked with Anita since the purchase of our first home back in 2002. We have purchased and sold multiple properties over the years and Anita has always been professional and helpful. As Realtor, I have also referred many clients, friends and family to her. Anita is efficient and super detail oriented. She would be on top of things that other lawyers overlooked. She had our and our clients' best interest in mind, and would always give the most suitable advice. Because of the fast pace and intense stress, there were times when Anita got frustrated because we didn't submit the required document in time, or didn't understand the legal consequences behind her suggestion (and kept arguing/questioning :). Some people might take that as her being rude, but Anita just wanted to get the job done efficiently. When she's less busy, we would chat like friends for hours. Anita is kind and professional, and we would highly recommend her to others, like how we have done over the years. There are a number of great lawyers in the GTA, Anita is definitely one above par.

Really bed expense when I contact with her today. I got her information online, but she told me she only accept the referral guest.

Extremely impolite. Even you need to pay but she will never say a hi or hello. She only stares at you, then points to the chair to tell you to sit to wait. Then she will wave her finger to tell you to come to sit in front of her. Will never want to listen to you just tell you roughly.Bad attitude. Will never recommend to my friends.

Some comments here saying she is rude and impolite, I don't find that to be the case.She is on point and efficient, that's what we all want. I'm not here expecting her to pour me a cup of tea and chat with her about my life or I would have gone to a restaurant instead. But when I need her help she's there, any ALWAYS respond quickly.From a client who has been really happy with her work ethic since 2013.

Anita Leung knows the law, she is knowledgeable, firm and tough. She is also extremely RUDE, impatient, has rapid mood swings, awful phone etiquette, and an EXTREMELY unprofessional attitude towards her own clients, that of which ultimately ruins everything. As customers paying for her services, she gave me nothing but anxiety and left me lost about my own legal situation. Anita had blatantly disregarded my desires regarding my own case and made decisions on my behalf without my consent, only then to share these decisions with opposing counsel, that of which I had no idea until after the fact.
