Boston Pizza
The service wasn't fast but it was good considering that we were a group of 24 people. I tought it was a little loud cause it was hard to hear friends talking to us from a couple chairs over.Everyone got what they orded, it was well timed so we all got our food in at the same time and the food was good.

Great service and food. The first Cactus Cut Chips we got were a little underdone for our taste but they quickly did some extra crispy for us and brought them out piping hot and delicious. All the rest of the food was amazing, as was my birthday dessert. Always great food and service at BP. Been a favorite of mine since I lived out west. Definitely recommend. The Gardiners location was also appropriately staffed where as the Dalton street one was almost an hour wait which is why we went here in the first place. Good call.

Encountered nothing but problems. Had to wait over 10 minutes to be seated around 9pm. Unfortunately my plates and glasses were dirty. The food was lukewarm at best and the manager just kept making excuses. The only bright side was the server. She was very pleasant and considerate.

We’d give it a zero rating if possible. We entered and waited to be seated then sat ourselves when no one came. Then we sat in clear view of the waitress for over 10 minutes waiting for her to come over until we put on our coats and left. There were four gentlemen at the bar and two other tables with people dining. It was not overly busy and it was noon in a Saturday.

Our waitress was lovely. I forget her name but her energy was great!! There was a man having some sort of health issue and she was so kind and helpful with him. Even while dealing with his she was still reaching out and asking other customers if they needed anything. The young blonde at the front was miserable though. Food was delicious! We got the chicken sandwich. Would get again for sure. A little pricey for what it is but still good. Service was quick as well!

Great sports atmosphere and ambiance. The pizza was great; we had the chicken BBQ pizza and the vegetarian pizza, both excellent choice and the kids loved them too.Good drinks choice and our servers went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with what we ordered.The restaurant has ample parking at the rear and very convenient location access the RioCan centre.

The food was okay to moderate. But service was pretty bad. They had completely forgotten that we were seated and to take our orders. We were left seated there in an almost empty restaurant for a good 30 minutes.

We normally really like Boston Pizza but the garlic parmesan fries and creamy Alfredo pasta we ate at this one were just about okay. The fries were swimming in the garlic butter, it was way too oily. The pasta had no salt and was very bland.
