My daughter and I have been looking everywhere for a cactus that was taller than 3 feet. That’s all anyone seems to sell… The largest we saw was 48 inches. Originally we wanted a real one, but realized getting a tall, real cactus was incredibly expensive and we were concerned about it not getting the appropriate amount of sunlight so we opted for a faux one from Artiplanto. It is exactly what we were looking for! The quality of the product is excellent. Also, their customer service is exceptional. Every time I had a question before I placed the order, they got back to me within an hour or two hour. We had an issue with the shipping that they quickly corrected as well. I would not hesitate from buying from the site again.

I ordered two of the Leah rug, each a different size. When the second rug, which was backordered, arrived, it was substantially darker than the first one I received. They were going in the same room and the difference was noticeable. I requested a refund and was denied. I argued that customer expectation is that the colours would be the same on each rug. They then agreed to refund but charged me $28.15 for return shipping. Bad customer service when the issue is on Artiplanto's end and it cost me almost $30 out of my pocket.

I had a great experience from the beginning until the end the products are amazing. Their website is easy to understand, and the sizes of the plans and customer service is just simply perfect.! I super recommend anyone this company I have one plant prior and I’m getting two more

Love this plant so much! It perfectly fills a gap in my entryway and adds much needed greenery in a space that doesn't receive enough natural light for a real plant. It always garners compliments and everyone thinks it's real, even upon close inspection!

I wanted some green in my dining room. This was so perfect. It looks so real, comes in an easy to open package, and got delivered by the owner himself. Thank you for this great treasure for my home.

The rug looks great in our dining room. We ordered on a Tuesday and received on the Monday. Customer service through email was fantastic. The carpets is actually 7.5 x 9.5, not a true 8 x10.

I'm obsessed with these plants. I have the Monsterra and it's gorgeous! As someone who despises faux plants, I broke down and bought one because I was tired of killing my plants and am not disappointed. Plus, their customer care team are very helpful and friendly and responsive. 5/5!

I ordered a rug when i got it, it was totally different from what I saw in the pictures! very bad quality , expensive and pale colors printed on the rug. I returned it very fast and I lost 50 dollars for posting costs!!!!

I live in Ontario, close to Niagara Falls. I placed my order on Jan 5/23 and it was delivered Jan 12/23. It took one week to receive order, which I believe is great. The only issue would be the tracking, which wasn't the best. All in all, very good.

It was nice to have Artiplanto deliver my items personally. I only waited a few days and I got them right before a party I will be hosting today! I love Artiplanto products, they're very good quality and right on trend! I recommend Artiplanto to my friends and clients!
