The whole time the lady at the cash was rude.I was in a very good mood. I came in to get Gaviscon and was 70 cents short, i paused then was in the middle of saying I could pay the rest on debit and she pulls the bag away and says something like « sorry then, I can’t help you. You can show yourself out. » in a very rude tone. If I didn’t need to get what I was getting I would have just left. After I paid the 70 cents on debit she suddenly was in a « good mood ».

I can barely walk due to foot problems & thay lost my dr prescription. Time to find a new drugstore & salks wont help me

After spending $50 tonight..when leaving the beeper went off so I immediately stopped and turned around and showed the clerk my reciept and items. She said she would rescan my products to make sure it wouldn't happen again but wouldn't let me carry them of the store myself. Made me walk through the door again to make sure I didn't steal anything.. nothing went off when i walked out.go figure bc i didnt steal anything..then handed me my stuff through the door...

Got accused of stealing for putting things I just paid for in my pockets cause bags aren’t available anymore. It’s one thing to watch and make sure I didn’t steal but getting harassed and watched while paying is insulting.

Pharmacists and the staff of the pharmacy are top notch. They are both professional and patient with what I admit is not always the easiest customer/patient to deal with, thank you. How could I forget to mention the delivery crew that put the postman’s creed into practice for half time each year. Can’t remember a single weather related delivery stoppage in 20+ winters.

We are visiting off an MSC ship for the day and I was told to visit here for skin and other products by a friend. As we walked in we were greeted and asked if we needed any help with brands. I wanted to check NYC and there were some items on sale and bought a fragrance. From the receipt it seems Brenda T looked after us. I have to say she was brilliant triaging clients and had an amazing skill of asking the right questions. You certainly have done very well with Brenda T as a team member. Thanks for a great visit today.

Keenan and all the staff in the pharmacy are so great. I'm sure I drive them crazy and they are always really great to me!

I called the pharmacy to check refills on my monthly meds. Patrick and a new lady were beyond helpful. The fax was sent to my Doctor and the refill arrived.

Went into shoppers today to buy hair dye, water and potentially some makeup and lashes. A woman with white hair came up to me and asked if I needed help and I said that I didn't. She stood behind me fidgeting with items and watching me until I walked away. I only ended up buying my hairdye and water bc I was already there but didn't purchase any of the other items I wanted because it made me feel so bad. When I got to the cash she walked down to make sure I was checking out my items and not stealing then. I will never be returning to this location. What started off as a good day turned into a terrible one and made me feel like a criminal solely based on how I look. You should train your floor workers not to behave like this. You're going to lose so many sales. Last time I was here I saw a woman standing over someone who was litterally buying batteries. How is this suppose to make people feel? Install more cameras or rely on the beeper at the door because you're going to lose so much business. And you have definitely lost me as a cx. I will be transferring my prescriptions to another location.

Post office lady was super rude to me and to the previous customer she was almost shouting at him for not understanding her with his limited English, even when I was trying to be nice to her and tell her I do understand it’s been a rough day and I was shearing how it’s been rough day to me either at my work she kept being rude, I went to change my mail address and she said do u understand there’s a cost for that? Like excuse me do u think am stupid? I do understand it’s been rough since Covid but this customer service and if u can’t be nice to people I don’t think u should be working! Stay home if u want to be negative please we do have so much to deal with since Covid and it’s been rough for everyone! Thank you
