As a general rule I’m very happy with Bell, but this place literally has me contemplating switching providers. You have to be buzzed into the lobby, for security reasons I suppose. They have all of their Apple stuff locked in the back. Ask the staff for any sort of help (like looking at an iPhone)….be prepared to get a glare, an eye roll, and some audible huffing and puffing.

Had several phones that needed to be upgraded and needed many different items. Had ALOT of questions and were there for a long time. Adrian is the truth! I came in totally distressed with my current phone and provider and he listened and created a plan that was exactly what I wanted. Half way through the transaction I changed my mind and he talked me through my wonderings and reassured me that he could accommodate me. He is knowledgeable and kind and patiently explained the features of my new phone. This was my very first interaction with him, but this is where I will be coming in the future. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of, but instead I felt respected. I'm extremely pleased with the service I received today. Thank you Adrian! You made my day!!
