POOR customer service. Terrible office customer service over the phone.Don’t call them looking for help to report a complaint because as soon as you’re finished your conversation before the call is fully ended you can hear her call you names and ridicule your call in the first place. She probably should’ve fully hung up the phone before she started making fun of a customer/public. If done that in my old job, I’d be disciplined or fired for properly & respectfully representing the company.
