I arrived about 15 minutes after they closed because of a traffic delay. I found Sam and Braden in the parking lot when they were about to leave. I told them I'd driven over an hour and would have been on time except for the traffic delay. I told them what I was looking for. Even though the store was closed, Sam went back in, found what I was looking for, and brought it out to me. I gave her cash to keep it simple. That kind of customer service is rare and exceptional these days. Sam saved me another trip, plus the cost of the gas. With team members like that, it's easy to make a business successful. Thank you Sam and Braden! You understand what it means to go the extra mile for a customer. Thank you!

I was looking at doing a mod on my 2008 Apex spoke to Braydon on the phone and he hooked me up with a whole pile of sites to get information on a longer 144 track skid. The overall knowledge and experience was overwhelming probably the best phone call I ever made.Thanks"

Such an amazing store with great customer service. I purchased mine and my husbands helmets for our side by side here and we will be back for any future needs. I was beyond impressed with Sam’s customer service and if you get a chance to be served by her consider yourself extremely lucky. In case you didn’t know this company supports female drivers and breast cancer!

I had to wait like an hour just to receive some help and the store was dead the employees on the floor don’t wanna help except for Ashley. I think her name was Ashley she was the blond one but she provided perfect customer service the moment she saw me and saved my experience from being a 1 star. First time writing a review to emphasize how good of a job she did and helped me in every way in a polite manner. Jason was good too at the register. Those two deserve a raise and the other people I personally encountered (not everyone) were no help.

It took me forever (because of my extreme indecisiveness) to find the right coat to go with my pants, then ended up going with mono-suit. Lynda was AMAZING! She was was extremely patient with me and brought me several options to try on. I was going to get a mono-suit in clearance which wasn’t exactly my colour preference but I LOVED IT. Due to my size Lynda recommended a child mono-suit and I got one that fits perfect and in the colour I wanted. She is fantastic.

My wife went into Royal looking for helmets with my 3.5 year old twin boys to get them fitted. Lynda was at the customer service counter and offered her expertise. She was absolutely wonderful, tried on every kid helmet on my boys to make sure we got the best fit. Stayed with them as they picked out other items such as gloves and a chest protector. Even helped her order another chest protector at check out. Cant say enough good things about Lynda, our boys were so happy with their purchases. Everything fits great, and customer service was 10/10. Thank you Lynda!! We will be back.

Great customer service! Staff was extremely helpful! Store was nice and organized. Spoke with a member of management regarding the excellent service that I had received. Store was easy to navigate for the items that I needed. I ended up purchasing more then I had come in for. Love this store, will be returning for all power sports needs.
