Awful service. I’ve been declined my check multiple times from this one blonde worker even though it’s for my bills that need to be paid. Until something changes, I’m never coming to this office again.

Posting on behalf of my cousin as those who work there are sure not to find me in their system:I have never had any problems with this place, but the security guards hired are more so “pick & choose” what they want rondo something about. On Friday evening prior to close, which is 4pm, I arrived very shortly after 3. Not 3:15 and definitely not 3:30 as I know better. There was already a line up, but by 3:40-3:45, I was second in line. The first person in line was seemed so out of it he could barely stand. The only reason I was there was to get a quick sheet of proof stating I’m on disability. This needed to be done that day and i unfortunately was not available until 3:30, but left my other appointment (For medical reasons) at 2:00 to drive out and ensure I got this proof of disability (As I’ve been on it two years now and I know it only takes a couple minutes for the process to be finished as it wouldn’t be my first time getting it done) however I needed it for that night to submit. At 3:45 I asked how may people were still in there (As the lady behind me had told me to tell the security guard someone had budged in line and went right in, and I noticed that since we were all out in the wind and cold, there weren’t very many people sitting although multiple seats available (I was still second at this point). Anyways, she told me there was 4 people at the till and 2 people waiting, but that most people weren’t going to be seen today. Knowing I was second, I kept waiting. I counted two people leave around 3:50-3:55 (I between there) however, when I asked about it and going inside considering nobody should be waiting anymore and there was still roughly ten minutes- if me and the gentleman could go inside (in the warmth as well) and wait so that the tellers knew- I was told no. Please keep in mind I’ve worked in a job very similar to this, not this exact one, but if we hadn’t closed yet, the answer would’ve (and should’ve) been yes. At 3:55-3:58 I decided to just leave and try again next week which now will set my schedule a month away because I had have it in that day and unfortunately it is really hard for me to get there before 2:30-3pm. I also drive across this location and the Whalley location (Which is always worse so I don’t bother) but I was shocked and so were others in the line-up. I had to sit there and do HER a job as she sat inside in the warmth, and tell more then 4 individuals that there was a line-up (Quite a big, obvious one too) and that they couldn’t enter. Oh and when I told her about the person budging in front of over 10 people, she didn’t do anything. ALSO- I asked her at 3:45-3:50 when I knew hardly anyone was waiting (two people at that point including the man in front of me) that I just needed proof of disability printed urgently before close and if she could please allow a staff member to know (As it is very quick compared to a lot of other requests that occur there) and she wouldn’t do that- I wasn’t trying to skip the line up, just inform the teller that if it was my time or I was next in line that it would take them a very short period of time. All of your offices are a nightmare with horrible, unfriendly security guards too I will mention. I understand you work with addicts, but if you treat them kindly you’ll get that in return. Immediately treating them like trash before they’ve even given any reason to be treated that way is how I have witnessed treatment at all three locations here in Surrey DO BETTER. In so many ways. Also when there’s a bunch of chairs on the inside and you’re only allowing two people to sit inside and there’s a long lineup outside and it’s cold, that’s ridiculous. Especially if your security guard is inside the whole time.

Any and every other office is easier to deal with. Between the security guard with his bullshit lottery numbers and employees strait up refusing to help and making every effort to make everything take longer by telling you its policy to mail ALL forms out and removing available printable forms from the websites and online resources, employees with no desire to help unless they feel sorry for you. Garbage office garbage employees.
