Best butcher in Guelph. Larry and the team deliver a personal touch along with a top notch selection of meats, prepared meals and desserts made in the store and specialty items. They can get in any special orders you may have. Try the store made porchetta; it's a real treat!

Wonderful neighbourhood shop. I can pop in easily and grab a few things quickly. No long lines or having to walk a km for milk. Polite, quick service and they really know their meat. Best bacon in town. Unique locally made specialty items. This longstanding Guelph family know what they're doing.

First time here and I really like this shop for several reasons.They were very polite and helpful on the phone with my initial questions. The store itself was clean, well laid out, well stocked an easy to get to. Plenty of parking if you drive.The staff was very friendly and the owner (forgot his name) was very accommodating also. The quality of meat and products at this store is also excellent. Everything is just so FRESH and CLEAN here.I think they might cost little more than the big stores, but the quality and flexibility is well worth it. I get to buy what amount I need, which part of the meat I want, etc.

Great butcher shop. Nice variety of products. Excellent quality meat at fair prices. The BITE frozen meat pies are great. Best Bread in Guelph from Dave at Grain Revolution. Nice selection of really good homemade dessert treats too. I've stopped buying meat anywhere else

Visited for the first time yesterday. Great small business/ farm store feel. Picked up a few things but went in for steak. Not sure I’ve ever paid this much for meat. (Be warned) Grilling today...for what I paid, it better be the best I’ve ever had!

Valeriote Market was our choice for a great meal this past Saturday before a Virtual Gala" that we were hosting! Beef Tenderloin's that made my mouth water as soon as I opened the package. They tasted better than the looked too! Thanks for the friendly helpful service."

Fantastic service, fantastic variety of meat and other goodies. I come back weekly for the: Brisket, Variety of sausages (different every time), Wild Boar, Venison, Elk and top tier rib eye’s. Make sure you grab some of the aioli, pancetta and game summer sausage as well!
