Finally got my Helix 9 from Pokey's Tackle Shop. Gord and Greg are really great to talk with about your needs. You don't have to be a Tournament Angler to talk to them about what you want. They know their stuff and will help everyone like me, a recreational angler, to pro anglers, everyone wishing to to set up their ultimate fishing rig. Gord and all the staff were amazing. We picked up my son's first real setup. The took the time to show us a few options and we found the perfect one for him. Very reasonable pricing, quality product, and great staff. You dont get service and knowledge like this at the big corporate stores. Will absolutely be going back for anything else we need!

Im from Ottawa ON area and first time ordering online from Pokeys and I gotta say they were awesome! I ordered around Christmas time. It was a fair size order of lures and lines. They had it picked, processed and ready to hit the road way faster than I expected and Tracking number sent to me too. It was put together so fast it made Canada Post seem like it took them forever to get it to me haha. (Worth the wait)Definitely looking forward to the next order with them and future orders as well. They had the lures I couldn't find in stock around me. Site is easy to navigate and fill a cart. Check out simple and quick. Confirmation and information emails were instant and on point. Packaged product was boxed up beautiful and they used every square inch of that box to a tee!Thanks Pokeys and your staff.... you're all amazing. Can't wait for the next order with you! What a fantastic store. Prices are acceptable, service is awesome, They have the best bait in town. Today I was able to save a lot of money because they had spare parts to fix my pop up ice shelter. They also offer parts for Eskimo augers that seem to have parts that break often. Thank you so much. Looks like most of the bad reviews on here are people that feel the staff should come running to them and bow to there feet. This is a nice casual store. Staff seem busy and leave me alone from the time I enter. I like this. When I have a question they drop what they are busy doing and always look after me. There is always going to be those needy entitled people. Don't worry Pokeys. The STAR" ratings on here says it all along with all the great reviews."

Great selection and not over priced. I usually get orders online the next day in the mail which is amazing these days. I purchase all my humminbird products from them because of the knowledge they have on them.
