They was supposed to call or text when at door but didn't and I was home didn't hear no knock.

The guy there was really rude.

The employee Wajahat is a good friendly person.

I am so glad I can skip Canada Post and use FedEx for shipping essential documents. Canada Post is cheap but they are also unreliable. I have paid for Canada Post Express multiple times and the delivery was never within their committed times. And Canada Post has no refund for failure to deliver on time. A package that was supposed to take 3 days, once took 21 days.Big thanks to the folks that run this FedEx location. I am grateful we have an opportunity to help small and local Windsor businesses. At this location, I was able to compare prices for FedEx, Putolator, Canada Post, DHL and others. Strongly recommend this place. They are professionals and know how to save you money while shipping.

Fedex is by far the worst postal service. At this point they may as well just send the package directly to the pick up facility because all the delivery drivers do is sit in their car and write a slip before they even attempt to deliver it to the customer. They don’t ever read delivery instructions or make any attempt to contact the customer. I’ve never had a package delivered by Fedex that i’ve not had to go pick it up myself which entirely defeats the purpose of online ordering.
