Great Service! I called 2.5 yrs after I purchased 25 mtrs of led strips as the light weren't performing properly and I wanted to better understand the issue so I can fix it accordingly.To my surprise they shipped replacement led strips at no cost to me, they even paid for the shipping.Looking to do a kitchen and bedroom project soon, definitely will be buying again from here.Thanks Simon for the great service.

My overall impressions of LED Montreal is great. I contacted them on monday asking for their opinion on a circuit layout they responded promptly and told me what they thought.I ordered my LED's from them on a wednesday and received it on friday. Their products look great and I don't think i'll be having any problems with anything i received.Good service, speedy ship times, great products.

Located in a beautiful historical building the Château St-Ambroise, LED Montreal adds a beautiful touch of modernization to the environment. The place is beautiful. The staff was very friendly and knew what they were talking about. The solutions came naturally to whatever questions I brought up and I was able to complete my LED project under budget. My friends are totally impressed with my kitchen and cabinet LED lighting.

The service they provide is incredible. I had made an order of Led lights for my daughter's wedding and they where delivered on the day requested. On top of this I had made a mistake with the color so I ended up sending them an email on a late Sunday afternoon. To my greatest surprise the order was corrected and an email was sent to confirm this change. All of this on Sunday afternoon. The lights are of an excellent quality. They are battery operated and they even came with batteries.....!!!! Incredible service, I highly recommend this company. Could not be more satisfied.

We ordered our bulbs and received them within a short period of time - exactly what we ordered. Very professional - included business cards and thanked us for our business on more than one occasion. We will be ordering more bulbs and will continue to deal with this company.No issues whatsoever.

AMAZING SERVICE! That sums this place up! I was looking to add some LED lights to the bottom bunk of my sons bed, turn it into a reading nook/play area. After looking around online at different stores I decided to head in to their store location to make my final decisions. Best decision I could have made! The service was A1, he explained what I needed, explained to me exactly how to use the connector clips...at least 3 times, patiently. 24Hrs after getting home the controller stopped working, went back and they changed it, even upgraded it for my troubles (they suspected a issue with the supplier). Will be going back for all my LED needs! Definitely recommend!

Ordered something online which was in stock. Later that day I was called and told the product was not in stock and it would be another week until it could ship. As I needed the lights for a job and that would not work I asked what my options were. Looking into things the gentleman told me they could send me a similar product (more expensive). After moving on and asking another question about a different product I was abruptly put on hold, to be then informed that they would not ship the other option for lights and my order would be refunded.Not once was I told a price difference, nor was any effort made to help me get a product after I was told they could not ship the better product. Not the best customer service if you ask me...

Great quality products and really good service! Got all my questions answered and it also triggered a bunch of new ideas! I now have many upcoming projects in mind, will definitely go back there to get more products!
