I had the worst worst service ever from the claim department and special from the guy (Mark Jung) 12 days after the accident no rent car and no body contact me and gave me the info for the rent car and until now i don’t know anything and any info about my claim it’s have almost 2 months on the claim and I’m still didn’t get the payment and i don’t advise anyone to stay with this company cause u will just find that u pay money alots of money yearly to get the worst service ever

Small office, I drove by the other day I was looking for group insurance plans. And they had a sign on the window for all their insurance coverages. Life,vehicle, group, ECT. So I went in to get a quote and it turns out they don't have the capability to do the group plan/quote from that location. If they can't do something from that location they shouldn't have it advertised at that location. In my opinion anyway....

Worst insurance company ever. Been with them over 20 years, and one claim that did not occur in the leased premises, and they did all they could to drop us!!! Utterly disgusting. State Farm is the way to go!!
