We received an excellent service at Volvo West Island. Our sale rep, Nadine, was the most dedicated sales person I ever encountered. She's attentive to all your needs and she very knowledgeable. I have to say the Service Department team is also great. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, don't hesitate to go see them. Can't go wrong with a Volvo! They take great pride in having the Best Customer service experience. Before I forget, the receptionist is also lovely and professional!

I recently purchased a car with the help of Jamie Etcovitch , who was a kind and helpful salesperson. As usual, Volvo Pointe Claire did not disappoint... we have been purchasing cars there for 20 years and each time we walk in, we feel welcome and the service is just fabulous. Jamie was extremely helpful with our trade in and there was no pressure sales tactics...he worked with us to listen to what we wanted and delivered ! Shout out to Ash and the rest of the team ( reception, service dept, etc) .. all who make us proud lifetime Volvo owners !

I highly recommend Volvo West Island, and specifically Jamie Etcovitch. My wife and I flew to Montreal to purchase a different Volvo which turned out to be in considerably worse shape than I expected. Stuck without a car nor a flight home, we found a 2015 s60 on the Volvo West Island website. We met Jamie, and very quickly came to a deal. Jamie was super helpful, and with Marius from service, they managed to service and prep the car including staying a bit after service had already closed. They had genuine concern that we needed to drive 1300km the next day, and that the S60 was ready to go. Next day, the long drive was effortless.This was likely my easiest car purchase, which was exactly what we needed at the time. Jamie was helpful, dropped everything to help us quickly, and a pleasure to work with. Although we have a Volvo dealer here, when it is time for my next car, I will be reaching out to the folks at Volvo West Island first.

Probably the best experience at any dealer past or present. My Volvo's have been serviced at Volvo Pointe-Claire (Volvo West Island) for almost 20 years. I went away for a couple of years but recently came back as I purchased another Volvo. It was like coming home, where everyone knows your name, lol. And it bodes well that the majority of people I used to deal with are still there doing what they do... Marius, the Service Manager, who diagnoses my issue while doing 2 other things, squeezes me in because he can. The boys at the Service Counter, John & Federico and Matthew & Crew in the Parts Department, always with a smile on their faces and always asking how they can be of service. Jeff, the GM, always available to chat and make sure all runs smoothly. And to all the staff that don't even know me, who smile and say hello as they walk by.Thank you Volvo West Island, always look forward to seeing you guys!! Other Dealers should follow your lead!!!
