The staff were by far the most nice and welcoming I have ever encountered at any restaurant. All smiles and in a good mood, we live in the half way point between this dq and the winnipeg one and will always come back here now

20 min wait inside to order, very disorganized workers, another 15 min wait for one soft serve cone, and when order was ready, my soft serve cone was served in a dish, no cone? Must have been a hard order to process. No twist flavour, no bananas for weeks for banana splits .. no more business from me.

Literally the worst fast food restaurant place in plap. Lived here all my life and never had worse service than I have here. Def gone downhill in the last few years. Employees are hella rude, food is yucky and cold/not cooked/ and blizzards are NEVER made correctly. Maybe 1–2 pieces of brownie in a blizzard. Cheap.

Food was what you expect put of any dairy queen. Was not happy having employees come out of the back. Point at my order and laugh that I ordered to follow my allergy. The construction sucks but easy to get to the drive though and the parking lot from the alleyway.

It was very nice to be served with a smile from the staff here. The young man that took our order was very polite and that alone encourages us to want to come back again. Dairy Queen food is okay. The ice cream is always good. I very much enjoyed the experience here. And the washrooms were not dirty. Overall cleanliness was fine.
