I called yesterday, the cab arrived 15 min late In a personal vehicle without meter or badging and the excuse the taxi van was broken. Went for a 10 minute ride got charged $41.xx. Seemed like I was taken advantage of. Would not recommend this company at all!

Best taxi services in town. I always pre book them for the morning to go to work and they always show up 5 minutes early with a smile on their face. Highly recommended. Reasonable price and reliable.

After waiting 30min, before I started to walk for a 10-15min pick from the ER according to dispatch. 40min later the diver calls offering a free ride. This will be the last time I ever use co op taxi

I called for a cab to the Delta hotel, I was told 10-15 min wait, no problem… 20 mins later I called them back and they told me the cab said he already picked someone up..Did they ask for a name? Why to ask my name if you just grab the first person …The dispatch was “ahhh.. well he said he picked someone up… ahh”Useless never use these guys

I have used so many taxi services in Grande prairie but when I say I would always and only call Co-op taxi whenever i need a ride believe me. The driver pulled up and was so nice and welcoming. I feel safe because every time they drop me at home from work at night, the driver makes sure i got into the house properly before leaving the spot. That really makes me feel happy.

The Driver I had a few times now is very pleasant and is handling business very well. Personable and honest along with decent pricing, more so than other companies I've used in the past. Would definitely recommend and they will continue to get my support.
