The flowers are beautiful and the selection is good, but the service I received yesterday was terrible! I was in the shop with a newborn in a carseat and my preschooler. The employee watched me struggle to open the door, then didn't say anything to me the entire time I was in the store. I had to go out and grab a bouquet from outside and again she watched me struggle to open the door holding a bouquet in one hand and a carseat in another. Once I had picked out a vase and a bouquet I brought them to the till and she still didn't come to ring me in. She was standing behind a table just wiping it down. I asked her to ring me in after waiting for a bit and she did so, but seemed upset that I had asked her for help.

Great service! I discovered late in the day that it was a neighbour’s birthday, and when I called after 5pm to inquire about delivery the shop was already closed. However they still answered the phone, and offered to deliver the bouquet on their way home! 45 minutes after I called, a beautiful bouquet was delivered to my very happy neighbour. I am very impressed with this great service!

I called them in the morning for a bouquet of coloured flowers. They had it ready and beautifully presented in no time at all. Professional, curtious, and very friendly. Would recommend them to anyone wanting more beautiful flowers in their life!

My ninety-one-year-old husband, for whom I ordered birthday flowers, is still enjoying the gorgeous roses, which remain as fresh-looking as they were the day they arrived. Other blossoms in the bouquet were well chosen in a variety of complementary colours, and have also stood the test of time well. Ordering and delivery went without a hitch. Highly recommend this florist. PS The chocolates are scrumptious!

Great service!! I ordered flowers online for birthday delivery to my mother and I called the shop on delivery day to schedule a time. They were unable to reach my mother by phone and immediately called me back so that I could try to reach her. I did this and 5 minutes later the flowers were at the door! The woman on the phone was very pleasant and helpful and the bouquet was gorgeous!! Can only highly recommend this business.
