I brought my girlfriend in to get geared up for her first riding season. Will was of great assistance in picking out gear. He stayed within our budget, and recommended gear to fit our needs and riding style.

Spoke with representative on April 26, 2023: I have a Kimpex product that they REPRESENT and they refused to help.At the onset, I offered to pay for their service but they refused to assist!They should learn a lesson in Customer Service from Prairie Battery in Aurora, Ontario!!!!

I bought my wife a helmet for Christmas. She needed to exchange it for a smaller size. The deadline to exchange for Christmas present purchases was 15 days after purchase. (Odd-as people are on holidays during that time) I purchased the helmet Dec 22. We went on holidays until Jan 8th. The deadline to exchange was Jan 8th. No forgiveness. The helmet I wanted to exchange was still in the box with tags-never worn.. My husband paid $818 for this helmet that doesn't fit. All I want is to exchange my helmet for a smaller size. They wouldn't speak with us and refused to come up with a solution. I will never shop there again. Call us to make it right because this is ridulous!

I was warned not to shop here, but I did so anyways. What a mistake.Purchased a tool, and then realized I could purchase OEM for less.Tried to return the tool unused only 7 minutes later and they would not take it back! (see photos of timestamps on the receipts)They did give me in store credit, but I will never use it as their prices are largely inflated.(last week they quoted my friend 200 for an aftermarket starter...but we got one on amazon for 80)This is a horrible business model, and surely if this is their policy to screw customers, people are just going to take the few extra driving minutes and shop at other stores like Royal.I should note that the staff was friendly and helpful, so I found it was best to still be courteous and polite with them (you should be too!), despite my frustration with the owner.Still, as someone with 6 motorcycles and a few seadoos and jetskis, I'd rather purchase online and wait patiently for my parts then support this store.

2 week return policy. I'm taking my 5k parts budget for this season elsewhere. I need to be able to return parts that don't fit, and I have not used or damaged back for atleast a store credit. 2 weeks, sometimes I don't check fitment in the 2 weeks from when I purchased them. Free delivery from most other stores and a much more fair return policy. GP why do I even try these lil guys. I was even willing to pay Orps crazy mark up prices cause they are close to my base. Never again. So disappointed.

Bought the kitty cat deep snow kit. Kit as expected except did not include the hardware to install it. On top of that the shipping was mucho deniro.

Great store large stock of things even for old bikes and sleds.

Excellent service from staff in regards to helping with parts, accessories and clothing. Always pleasant and ready to help. Never had an issue with returns, pricing is very competitive. I love the fact they are local, and that the owner has his employees “back”!Highly recommend.

Came in looking for Leatt protection gear. Ended up trying on what felt like the entire store display for elbow and knee/shin protectors of all brands. Not only do they have a HUGE selection of items to pick from, they have such nice customer service. Emily spent time with me and helped me try on everything, make suggestions and was just awesome to work with. I highly recommend them. I'm sure if i was a dirt bike rider I'd be coming here all the time. 10/10 would recommend you pop in. The store is HUGE and is worth the drive from anywhere in the city if you need stuff, whether safety, mechanical or accessories!

Last year I purchased a battery from them which eneded up being the wrong one, i tried to exchange it after a week and the very same blonde girl that sold it to me would not do an exchange, i was stuck with the wrong battery and was frustrated with the treatment after all the business i had given them and all the referrals i sent their way, after one year the same girl would not serve me when i tried to purchase some brake pads. Simply because they made a mistake on a battery selection. Very disappointing i would not recommend dealing with the blonde girl because 100% you will have issues sooner or later and will be refused service even as a regular customer.
