We highly recommend him.We are Canadians who were looking to purchase a property in Oroville, WA (during the border closure). Prior to working with Roger, we had experienced some challenges with other realtors in the area (e.g. poor technology skills, slow to respond to inquiries, unable to answer questions, etc.). They were professional at first but when issues arose, they wouldn't answer phone or respond at all. No communication. We were notified of closing by the buyers agent. Owner, Roger is a crook. They should have refunded their commission because they did nothing. I went to church with Emmie, and she turned out to be a liar as well. Go elsewhere. Anywhere.
