I had an issue with the new CERB payments. I contacted Ms Young and she (her staff) told me that CERB was new, and to contact CRA. If I wanted to be put on hold for long periods of time I wouldn't have contacted her in the first place.

I applied for PR through TR to PR pathway. I had never heard from them. I contacted the office. They got back to me as I had given them the wrong date of birth.After one week, I received an email detailing how far my file had reached. I finally received a file number and was able to link my application to my ircc portal.Unfortunately I have never heard from IRCC again 2montha later which I know is out of the MP mandate.Thank you Rawan Mahfoud

This was my first time contacting any MP ever in my life and I was promptly assisted by Devin. The issue was related to the recently locked CRA account which was impacting COVID assistance for my business. Devin was quick to sort it out and I got a call back from CRA who resolved the issue for me.My special thanks to Kate and her team for promptly resolving my problem!
