Main reason to visit - the ICBC office :) In the morning, there might be some funky smells 'cause the food court's starting to prep their food

My visit was joyful, pleasant, and the food made with heart. I recommend visiting this mall.

This shopping mall is much bigger than meets the eye. It goes underground and has multiple levels with escalators to take you to each of the various levels. There is a staples here which is where certain couriered parcels are sometimes picked up. There is a food court. The number of shops is quite large, I must say.

I work near this mall and today was the first day I sat in the sofa area of the FOOD COURT for my lunch. I brought my burger there from McDonald’s because McDonald’s seating area isn’t very clean either, and sometimes sketchy people or homeless will walk in there and sit by you or pass out beside you. As I sat in the mall food court, I looked to my left and there was a MOUSE and he was jumping up right beside me onto the sofa and went in behind the cushion of the sofa. I know Vancouver has a rodent problem, but I still instantly left. It’s a food court and PEST CONTROL should be better monitored. I’ve never seen that in a food court before. I’m talking more about the actual mall itself in this review rather than the individual businesses within the mall. Please get better mall management and pest control, thank you!

Great place to shop. Stores include Winners, Shoppers Drug Mart, Save on Foods, Kim's produce, Dollarama, BMO, White Spot, The Source, Dentists, Shoe Warehouse, Food Court, several Cell Phone Kiosks, a Telus Store, and numerous other stores. All with plenty of free underground parking!Recommended!

The only reason I go to the Royal Centre is the ICBC office to renew BC PICTURE ID CARDS FOR MSP, BCID, DRIVERS LICENSE ETC, I FIND THE REST OF THE BUSINESSES HIGH PRICES ONLY FOR THE PEOPLE WHO WASTE $ TO PAY THE HIGH PRICES FOR THE EGO STATUS WHICH CAUSES THE PRICE OF GOODS TO BE RAISED ONLY DUE TO THE EGO STATUS OF RICH SHALLOW PEOPLE WHO HAVE A SILVER/GOLD SPOPN IN THEIR MOUTH & MAKE CLIMATE CHANGE WORSE FOR THEIR EGO & NO CONCERN FOR THE 8 YEARS LEFT TO STOP & REVERSE CLIMATE CHANGE, OR THE E D OF ALL LIFE ON EARTH IN 2 & A HALF CENTURY'S, 10 YEARS THE WOLRD MUST HAVE A WORLDWIDE PUBLIC TRIAL TO PUBLICLY ADDRESS THE GUILT OF THE PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE BY THEIR GREED & SELFISH BEHAVIOR THAT THEY HAVE DOOMED ALL LIFE TO EXTINCTION IN 250 YEARS, THEIR SENTENCES, EAT YOUR MONEY & COLLECT RAIN WATER TO WASH IT DOWN.IF YOU HAVE A BETTER IDEA FOR WORLD JUSTICE THEN SAY IT, IN THR NANE OF ALL THE CHILDREN WHO WON'T HAVE THE SAME EXPERIENCE IN A LONG LIFE YOU & WE HAVE HAD!

I am in the food court, bought food, ate, I am tiered and exhausted, I laid down on the sitting couches, security comes up to me and asks me to sit down, he said I can’t laid down because “they” don’t like it. I can’t relax after an exhausting day because the security doesn’t like it.

Nice place undoubtedly including food items provided by Tim Hortons & other fast food shops; most importantly, modern toilet facilities with best sanitisation approach as expected, in addition to many other activities .

Shops close in weekend except Victoria Restaurant, a flower store, Rexall, McDonald n Tim Hortons.
