Very happy with this dog grooming salon, and they have a good selection of dog treats and such too. I'd highly recommend them if your dog gets nervous at the groomers. They did a full groom on my senior shitzu poodle and it was perfect.

We took a stray cat that we had just found and it desperately needed to be groomed before it’s vet appointment. They managed to get us an appointment the next day when we explained our situation. They were so thorough and patient with us and took us through every step. The big takeaway was that they will always go at the animals pace, which was so important for us. They managed to get him so clean and he came home a very happy cat! We are so happy with the results. Before and after photos below!

My senior toy poodle is very fussy and has separation anxiety so I was nervous bringing her to a new grooming salon but they were very accommodating and careful with her. I’ve never seen my poodle so calm before when I went to pick her up. Very happy with the results and service!

We brought our pup Ripley here after our old groomer closed, and were beyond impressed with the entire process start to finish! Ripley is a sweet but very anxious girl, and the wonderful staff were incredibly patient, made sure to move at her pace, and focused on creating a positive experience for her. They had her in and out in no time, and once we got home, she was extremely playful and happy, something that rarely happens after going to the groomer. Also, the watermelon bandana she got on the way out is 100% her new summer accessory. We'll absolutely be back!

Pupper Palace did an amazing job grooming our fur baby Millie. We had to have her fur shaved even and short due to matting. Millie came home happy bubbly and excited and looking stunning. Thank you Pupper Palace!!

Pupper Palace Rocks! Jezabelle's hair is quite prone to matting and Katie & Team take such great care of our older girl (14). Can't say enough about the service - and the in-store shopping is pretty good too. Thanks!

Took our Georgie girl in for her 1st groom yesterday and she was SO well taken care of by Toni! She made her feel comfortable and knew just how to pamper & ease her into the world of grooming! I highly recommend Pupper Palace. They know what they’re doing..and are so kind doing it! Looking forward to bringing Georgie back for her next groom!
