When we had roof leaks we chose Matt and his team at Penney Roofing to install our new roof.Our decision was based on the two most important facts, ratings and references. Very happy with Matt and his crew, they were very well organized, respectful and kept me informed. I was also impressed how well they cleaned up after each day’s work. The only negative is that a patch of my lawn was destroyed by leaving bundles of shingles on it for too long.

Since day 1, Matt stood above in his professionalism and easy going nature. He took the time to explain to us newbies what roof replacement entailed, and his analysis of what work our home needed done. He was patient and explanatory, and we never felt pressure from him. He highlighted that our downspouts needed re-routing, and that our roof was pretty grossly deteriorated, all of which, of course, we couldn't see for ourselves!He worked with us to expedite our roof replacement as we're far along in pregnancy, keeping us up to speed about when to expect the crew, and taking photos of their progress so far so we had a sense of what was happening up top. Work was completed in 2 days, and that included a full clean up of our property (They even re-installed our garden lights and halloween decorations after the job was done - like they had never been touched in the first place!). Matt even pointed out that some of our eavestroughs were starting to come loose, which we wouldn't have known without his crews expertise.Absolutely would recommend, and will work with Matt and his crew again in the future! A delight to deal with from start to finish.

The work was done quickly, the clean up was well done despite the snow banks and I am very pleased with the final result. Matt Penney was easy to deal with and very professional.

Gazebo needed new shingles.Got two quotes, Penney's was the lowest cost, and Penney's had very good ratings. Very happy with the work and result. Penney's arrived with a crew of seven, and got the job done the same day. Penney's put tarps on the grass and gardens to collect debris, then finished up with magnet bar to pick up any stray nails. Crew worked efficiently and all were polite.

Matt and his crew replaced our townhouse roofs. I met with several companies and wanted Matt for the job. I had seen his crew in action the year before on my street and liked what I saw. We decided to go with certainteed shingles and they look awesome. The crew were prompt, efficient, and worked hard in the heat. Totally professional. Protected my property from falling old shingles with boards and tarps and their clean up was fantastic. They left my property how they found it except I had a stunning new roof. Matt and his crew did a fabulous job of replacing the roof on our house as well as our 32'x42' garage. Penney's roofing went the extra mile with emergency repairs due to storm damage and when replacing the roofs the guys were friendly, courteous and very professional while performing their work. Matt and his team were totally professional! Honest and timely from the first call to finish …. with great cleanup!Matt explained and provided pictures for all steps involved. It was a small roof on a semi-detached home which many companies may not feel worth the effort. He matched the new shingles to the neighbours roof, fixed areas that required new plywood and installed all new vents to ensure all work was accurate and up to building code.Would highly recommend Matt and his team!!!Matt even chased the recycling truck with a blue bin as their vehicles were blocking driveway.
