Love this place and so does my little man Sully. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The minute you walk in the door, you get hardy greeting, and finding everything you need is their priority. Definitely feel like a valued customer.

This is hands down the best Bosleys around! The staff is always so friendly and helpful! My cat has some stomach issues and the staff here are always so knowledgeable when it comes to recommendations, giving samples, and actually knowing their product! I recently had to change from kitten to adult food and was nervous about finding something that would work for my cats sensitive stomach, so I brought in a list of ingredients of my cats previous food to find something comparable and received an excellent recommendation that has been working tremendously well! They frequently make donations to shelters (including their program where if your pet doesn’t like their new food or is allergic to it, you can return the open bag and they donate it) and are family owned. There’s also sometimes two beautiful store kitties there which is a bonus! It’s so worth coming to this store rather than the location closer to my house. I genuinely cannot say enough great things about this place!! Keep up the fantastic work! :)

My family had a dog pass away last month. The younger dog wouldn't eat anything for days. The staff and store donated a bunch of snacks for our dog to try. She picked her favorite and got back to eating. Great compassionate staff at this store.

Every time I go I get amazing service with exceptional knowledge. I went in with specific concerns regarding my very picky eater (dog) and was given full information regarding a variety of choices and was informed a fish based diet may get her nose interested and help her want to eat. I was also looking for choices with grain (per my vet's instructions) and was given the suggestion shown in the picture. I tried when I got home and my picky little eater ate the whole thing immediately! I was shocked! Thank you for always giving exceptional customer service!

Very unprofessional and terrible customer service.Here is what happened:I walked into the store with a Starbucks bag as I was across the parking lot and purchased a couple of items from Starbucks.When I walked into the store, I was not acknowledged. The manager/owner was talking to another guy and then he said hello and I asked where the doggie jackets were. He pointed me to the jackets and then told me I had to put my Starbucks bag on the counter. It was very obvious he came across as I was going to steal from his store. I couldn't find the RC pet jacket I was looking for. Picked up my Starbucks bag from the counter and left. As I was walking out he said thanks and sorry".I would recommend not shopping at this Bosleys. I have shopped at others and never experienced this level of unnecessary rudeness. As a side note: I saw a guy with a backpack in the store

We received absolute fantastic service from the gentleman who is the owner there and also by the cashier. Both were really good. They informed us about few more things that I was not aware that they were selling. I loved the information. A very big thank you to both of them . I definitely recommend everyone to go out to check out their store. Thank you!!!!!

Family run very polite and they really appreciate their customers. This place deserves your money and they have high quality products for your pets.
