They have several services for those looking to travel. Books, guides, travel insurance, clothing, luggage & small travel related items. The staff met with people seeking to get and arrange for travel insurance, to book a trip, to obtain an international driver's license and similar documents. There is a steady flow of people even on a Sunday. I had to wait about 10-15minutes for my turn with a staff person.

For some reason we always get terrible customer service there, even when we are literally trying to give them money. I recommend any other CAA branch over this one.

I've been trying to plan a trip, and I've received a feedback from a customer today. CAA suggested a vacation hotel in Riviera Maya as a 5 star hotel. My friend just send me the pictures of the cleanness, maintenance, internet access, and.... NO WAY .... I will not use this agency for any reason. By the way the hotel this agency suggested Grand Sunset Princess Riviera Maya.A customer deserves respect!!!

Went there to get my international driving permit. It took around 15 minutes including taking a photo. The agent was very friendly.

You can find almost what you want here, service, advice, map, document etc. If you are the fan of travel, it'd better have a CAA card :-)
