Niagara Soil

Im writing 2 stars because the delivery took 2 days longer than promised. Though the lady was kind and they threw in an extra half yard, once I took a closer look at the triple mix that was delivered, I found it to be very clay like with a noticeable amount of rocks and debris as well as fertilizer pellets. I’ll be more careful next time as this is mostly my fault, for not viewing/asking about the product first. However I will say that I don’t recommend the triple mix.

Had them come to the house guy dumps the load and as he's putting his box down hydraulic oil poured all over the driveway driver didn't do anything or say anything so we contact management had to call 2 times then they finally came. His solution was to power wash driveway which resulted in a hole starting in asphalt called again 3 weeks ago and never showed again so I'm writing a review for the worst managed company. If you see the pink truck look the other way the soil not that good either lots of weeds. Well they replied with a lie they have not tried to contact me my phone is with me 24/7 and the owner who I know has my number and I personally told him I had a soft spot in driveway his reply was it's only hydraulic oil.

We bought 12 CuYd of Triple Mix Soil that we have not been able to use because it was full of gravel and it felt like we were maneuvering sand, not soil. Big waste of money and time ! A lot of extra labor was put in to get rid of that ‘mix’. We let the owner know about it but never heard back from him. Beware of buying from somebody you cannot trust.(His sales rep. seemed to be a fair and decent guy).

Best soil. My garden was amazing last year thanks to Niagara Soils Tripple Mix. Didn’t even plant it until July and still had more than I could handle. Lots of extras for friends, family, and neighbours :)

I have used them for several products over the years. Gravel, wood chips and such. Just small home gardening projects, and have never had an issue. And I like supporting small and local. If you want to live in a nice neighbourhood, you have to support it.

No problems here... great service, good quality material and I got more than expected. The delivery charge can't be beat and the driver was a delight. This is my new spot. Thanks Jim!

Great people...excellent prices

I ordered and bought 3 cubic yards of Triple Mix soil and 1 cubic yard of playground mulch. The Triple Mix soil is full of Debris and horrible product. I landed up wasting almost 400 on top of the purchase on them with grass seeds and labour...Please be careful before burying and paying for soil and you get debrisI am glad that you were responsive and provided a better quality soil and got me satisfied

Fantastic staff. Great product. Great prices. Excellent variety. And convenient location. They will fill your truck or trailer for you and they even deliver!! Everything from soil, mulch, colored wood chips and different size gravel and rocks. Even large boulders for sale.

I’ve ordered soil, stone & mulch from Niagara Soil for the past 3 years now. They always offer great & friendly customer service, quick delivery, very reasonable prices and generous yards! They’re my go-to for sure!!!
