Terrible customer service experience very rude and unpleasant during the closing of business hours. If you are closing in 5 minutes before a specified time you are supposed to let everyone know the proper way, by speaking to customers .You cannot speak to customers in a nicely manner there’s no point to work in the store

Was there this morning. No cashier in sight so stuck using self checkout. When something went wrong asked an employee I could see and her response was you will have to look for this person who is working on the other side of the store. That didn't fly with me.. when she finally went and got the other person I asked why no one was by the till. Her response is have other work to do. So I politely pointed out to her that she gets paid to work there and I don't. So do to rude employees I told them that now they could put everything back and I left and went to a store with actual cashier's
