HMP Home Inspections

Steve of HMP helped us with our living situation using Infrared and Thermal imaging to find glaring problems that were a health concern which we couldn't see or detect. He is very knowledgable and the provided PDF report was detailed and easy to understand. I highly recommend Steve and HMP!

We first engaged Steve to inspect a home we had made an offer on. Steve did a thorough job. He is very good at detecting invisible leaks and ponding. Due to his immaculate work - we rejected the home - else we would have ended up buying a home that on the outside looks beautiful - but in reality had many hidden faultsWe engaged him again for another home. He was as thorough as before. This time we caught two issues - a leak from the powder room and an air vent leak above the ceiling of garage - just below the master bedroom. I give Steve a star award for this catch. The leak was hidden behind the drywall but he was able to pin point it. The home passed the rest of his inspection. After we bought the home we repaired the issues identified by him and they cost us very close to what he had predicted.Steve uses drone for roof inspection. I found this to be much more thorough that actually climbing onto the room. The pictures taken by the drone were excellent and revealed the state of the roof accurately. Steve uses very advanced thermal camera that is excellent as well.Steve provides a detailed report within hours of inspection.He is a pleasant gentleman and friendly to interact with.
