Brant Norfolk Veterinary Clinic - Emergency and After Hour Services

They saved my boy Jack after he got into it with a raccoon, and had been bleeding quite a bit. I have nothing but wonderful things to say for all of the ladies working there that night, and the wonderful veterinarian. Jack loved them all, and we are eternally grateful for all of their hard work.

Our kitten was seen here this past Sunday. The staff was wonderful both on the phone before getting there and in person. The vet was very kind and reassuring. I have spoken afterhours with this clinic before. Once when we were camping and our dog became suddenly ill, the person actually used to work at a vet near to where we were camping, up north and was able to suggest where to go. Another time on new years eve when we weren't sure if we sound bring our dog in to be seen. Each time the staff have been amazing and full of knowledge. We will always go here for our emergency vet needs. A big thank you to all the staff here!

They are very kind people.They will take care of your pet and your family.It's been a while, and my dog went to heaven. They helped me a lot emotionally.They open late evening.Any emergencies, you have at least one place here you can rely on.Enjoy with your pet and family.Time goes so fast.I miss my dog, Coco.Love ❤️

We were out of province and our dog had ingested a foreign body. We had Duke brought to the clinic and discussed options over the phone with the clinic. $900 for assessment and blood work and Quoted" $5000 - $8000 for surgery. I pleaded to skip the assessment and go straight to surgery and that I could pay $3000 from my credit card. This was rejected. They knew what had to be done and neglected to give a 13 month puppy the help he needed. This place is obviously not about care but only about money. We were forced to put him down almost $700 later. Absolutely a horrible experience and would not recommend this so called clinic."

I called to see the wait on a Saturday, they said it will be 4-6hrs... they were right. Although it took longer than I anticipated, they provided exemplary care to my dog. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. They provided comfort and empathy. I heard good things about them from friends, and hoped I never had to use them... but, when my dog was sick, I knew exactly where to take him

Everyone was friendly and polite; from the front desk staff, techs and the doctor herself. Thankfully our emergency ended up not being life threatening, and our final bill wasn't exorbitant. Thank you to everyone for being patient with us and answering our many concerns and questions with understanding and kindness.

I didn't like it here. I found the lady at the front desk kinda snobby and unsympathetic. If I'm there with my dog then it's an emergency and I'm obviously stressed and worried.A little indication that my dog is in good hands when I first wall in would have been nice.Tge vet was very nice but I spent $500 and really didn't have any answers to what was wrong with my dog ..I wish I would have waited it out to see my normal vet because he would have been way cheaper and may have been a better help as to what was wrong with my dog. I would have given 4 starts if the lady at the front desk was kinder

The Dr's and staff was excellent with us.Sadly we had to return about 8 hours later and they still were fantastic. They even brought a soft mat from the surgery area for Sadie.We were aloud plenty of time to make a decision, not the one we wanted too but one we needed too.Sincerity at it's best. Thank you!Bart

In the 15 years since I moved to Canada I have visited a number of different vets in different cities and I can honestly say that I have received the best service and my pets have received the best care from this clinic. Every single member of staff i encountered was friendly, helpful, empathetic and efficient at their job, including the receptionists, technicians and the vets themselves. I unfortunately had to bring two of my cats in for separate issues over the holiday season once right before Christmas and once on New Year's eve and although the situations weren't life threatening, they were urgent and were treated as such .....on both occasions my boys received exemplary care and came through the ordeal in the best condition possible. When the worst happens this is the service you needand I would recommend this clinic to everyone. Thank You
