They both answered all questions and assisted with purchase.Also, while here, we saw one of the employees Jon? handle an incredibly belligerent customer with amazing tact and salesmanship. Amazing customer service! Always go the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy with the service. I have been a customer of Jameson Pool & Spa for 2 years now. They have taken care of our Pool Opening and Closing, and Weekly Maintenance. Their service technicians are all very highly trained and professional and do a tremendous job at keeping our pool clean and pristine. Highly recommended! A++++

We had a terrible experience working with Jameson Pool.1 They built our pool. Their team has a big communication problem. After spending hundreds and thousands of dollars, they don't even tell you what's the plan and what needs to do next. You keep guessing till their accounting lady sends absurd costs.2. Most of their staff is arrogant or rude.3. They opened our pool for the first time. They charge a ridiculous amount for the least amount of time. Their team will not explain what they were doing. They didn't even let us know that the filters need to be cleaned by us. Still, they put unclean filters that made our heater ineffective. They want to charge us again to fix it. They even used rusted nuts so right that we cannot now open it do it ourselves.Paul has a horrible team that is inefficient and rude. He will overlook your concerns. Looks like he is focused on your money.Their construction and service teams are just useless.I would advise everyone who wants a new pool or maintenance to just run away. Don't get fooled by their trucks or claims. Anyway, vinyl pools are outdated and they will charge a ridiculous amount and still behave as if they are doing a favor to you. Their after-service is very bad.Worse, they don't reply to your emails or pick up the phone when you need help. I composed this review while put on hold over the phone forever.Save your money and find another pool company. Else you are calling for huge trouble and a nightmare working with Janeson Pool.

This company is amazing to work with, my entire project was completed on time and on budget. The workers were extremely curious and skillful. The final product was incredible, we enjoy our pool daily in the summer season. Thanks again, would highly recommend

Terrible Experience at Jameson Pool: Poor Service and Rude Customer Service by IdaI recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Jameson Pool, specifically with their service department. The lack of professionalism and rude behavior displayed by Ida, one of their customer service representatives, left me thoroughly dissatisfied and disappointed.First and foremost, the response time was utterly abysmal. After reaching out to Jameson Pool with an inquiry, I had to endure an entire month of waiting before receiving any sort of response. To make matters worse, the response I finally received was a complete non-response. It seemed that the service department was overwhelmed with work and simply didn't care about providing adequate support or addressing customer concerns.What truly made the experience unbearable was the appalling customer service provided by Ida. Not only was she unhelpful, but she displayed a level of rudeness and disrespect that I have never encountered before. Her tone was condescending, and she seemed disinterested in assisting me or resolving my issue. It was evident that Ida lacked the necessary customer service skills and failed to understand the importance of treating customers with respect and empathy.As a customer, I expected a certain level of professionalism and courtesy from Jameson Pool's service department. Unfortunately, I was met with incompetence, indifference, and outright rudeness. It is disheartening to witness such a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction.In conclusion, I strongly discourage anyone from seeking assistance or services from Jameson Pool. The unacceptably long response time, coupled with the rude and unhelpful behavior exhibited by Ida, makes it clear that the service department at Jameson Pool is not up to par. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking out a more reputable and customer-focused establishment.

I recently purchased a new pool heater from Jameson Pool Services, and unfortunately, my experience with their installation service has left me disappointed. Despite agreeing on an installation time, I had to remind them on the day itself. They arrived five hours late, causing unnecessary inconvenience. The installation itself took around two hours, but I was surprised to discover a charge on my credit card later for the materials used during the installation (water side). I was never informed about separate charges for materials, Overall, the lack of transparency and punctuality has left me dissatisfied with Jameson Pool Services.

Jameson installed our pool in Aug/Sept 2021. The installation went well. They are very hardworking and knowledgeable. Especially Chris. He is the foreman for the concrete work. He deserves 10 stars!Fast forward to todays date. They came to open our pool on May 11. When they were finished I noticed the pool heater wasn’t running. It said on their work order that the pool heater was tested. But how is that possible? The heater is still not running. I removed the filters to check them and they were disgusting, I cleaned them and put them back in. Not only did they not spray them down they could have at least mentioned that they were in need of cleaning. They proceeded to put in the dirty pool filters and pretended that the heater came on. When we emailed the company and spoke to Ida she said our filters were our responsibility to clean. They also don’t have pool heater technicians if there is a problem with their equipment which is a year and a half old. So point of the story is they’ll do a great job installing the pool but find someone else to open and close it because their service/ maintenance is terrible. I wish I knew this before. I would have went elsewhere for the pool installation.Ps this was after I referred them to my neighbours across the street which are currently getting their pool installed by Jameson and another friend in Oakville.

If I could I would give them a negative rating. Some back story- We are first time pool owners. Requested the team to help us with pool opening. Paid upfront too per their request. The team came this morning for all of 5 minutes said the pump was not working and left. They were super rude about it too. When we asked them questions about next steps and if the other elements were working they just up and left with no response. Have been calling the call centre and emailing the service team. Just got an email back saying the pool opening was successfully completed. Please review the image below. How can this be a pool opening- when the pump, the heater and sand filter units are not up and running and there is no follow through either! I thought they were in the top 3 for pool openings per Google and hence reached out to them. Appalling customer service. It's been a frustrating experience with money down the drain.

I had a new pool installed by Jameson last summer and it was very professional from beginning to end. The organization of the entire team was exceptional and the workmanship outstanding. I would definitely recommend.
