First time here and was not disappointed, the interior was very cute and the service was quick. Ordered their mango pomelo and tasted like a whole Chinese style dessert! Definitely a more filling drink would recommend it as a dessert.

I love this tea establishment. The place in here is very beautiful. It is really nice and people are so kind. The tea is really good, especially pistachio frappe and peachy dream

Interior: spacious and bright. Lots of seating but most of the seating is at the big communal table so it can get a little loud.I love that they use fresh and natural ingredients - none of that flavour syrup/powder in their drinks!Taro lovers/coconut lovers should try the taro coconut milkshake. They make the taro paste/taro balls fresh.The ultimate fruit tea is also a really good one too! They put real fruits in the drinks and it’s so refreshing. It’s on the sweeter side so I recommend getting it less sweet. I love that they don’t cram the cup with fruits because then you actually get a decent amount of drink in your cup.

Whatever the reason might be, it’s not ideal to wait for 40+ minutes and only to get 2 cups of milk tea, the most important thing is the people are not that many. And I wanted no ice as it’s labeled on the cup, but eventually I got ice in it. I’ve been all other locations in GTA, this Location is definitely the worst one, the stuff here needs more training. When they finish making the tea, they just leave them on the table without calling any order numbers or customers to pick them up, we as customers, have to go to the table and choose the right order??? They also not offer bags or say anything regarding the long wait.

My favourite bubble tea place. Willing to drive to this location to grab some of the best tasty drinks and toppings they have to offer.Staff could use a bit of some friendlyness. Still not fond of the mic thing when ordering as sometimes its hard to hear the staff or have to raise your voice so that the staff can hear your order properly. A few small order mistakes has happened in the past but easily solved by the staff.Hopefully they come out with more pastry deserts as they have a nice glass to showcase them.

Generally a huge fan of M Cha but this is one of my least favourite locations. Their drinks are amazing, but the wait times are super long compared to their other locations. There’s also an annoying chime that plays any time someone opens the door, so if you’re trying to study or get work done there, it can be very distracting.

Love their vast menu of delicious BBT choices. Mango Pomelo Taro Ball (aka Summer Heat) with half sugar is my personal fave. The quality of drinks from this location is pretty consistent, and they don't skimp on toppings. I always order from them when I'm in the area and is craving for BBT.

We ordered 6 drinks at this location on Jan 23rd around 5:00pm. The girl’s attitude was so bad. We waited for more than half an hour to get our drinks. We tried to ask for the reason why the waiting time was so long. The girl just ignored us. The store was not busy. Only 4 drinks before us. And they said they waited for half an hour as well. The male barista explained to us that they were waiting for the taro balls. But the girl didn’t even tell us about the waiting time. If she doesn’t want to work there, she can just quit the job, not providing such a bad service.
