Amazing experience, our Rabbit has been notorious for getting incredibly stressed after vet visits, so we generally try to avoid going unless absolutely needed. Very nice staff, and very knowledgeable about rabbits. Even after his eye flush he was very calm and back to binkying around that evening! We're so happy with the experience.

We have taken our dog here and recently had to put down our beloved hedgehog. This is by far the best vet clinic I’ve come across in Calgary. So compassionate, honest and capable.

Zero compassion at Brittania Vet. Yesterday as my dog was dying in my arms I called to bring Portia in to be put to sleep. She had been a patient of Brittania Vets for 12 years. She was on 3 diuretics per day for congestive heart failure for which they were treating her! When she (we) needed them most they were unavailable to help and we were told we would need to “book an appointment”. She was literally dying in my arms. They then said I would need to “take her to an emergency vet”. It is unbelievable to me that after being a client for 12 years they had zero compassion…when they were needed most! They love to take your money without hesitation but certainly are not there for you in the most vulnerable time of your pets life!

From our first visit we have never looked back!My partner and I keep exotic pets (snakes, geckos, and arachnids) so finding a veterinarian who is willing to see our animals AND has extensive knowledge on⭐️up to date and peer reviewed⭐️captive husbandry, native environment, care, and medical info can be tricky. Each of the vets here with exotic experience meet and surpass our high standards.Dr Murphy, Dr Radcliffe, and Dr Rhondo (spelling? Also no longer at this location but certainly worth a mention!) have all gone above and beyond to help us with common minor health concerns, as well as supporting us through caring for a VERY sick rescue Boa Constrictor.While it may sound dramatic, I truly trust each of them entirely and without question with the lives of all my animals, who we cherish as family.As well as the doctors, all the staff from reception, lab, and tech have been equally wonderful and supportive ❤️10 stars ⭐️

Dr. Katie Radcliffe is truly the best vet one could ask for. She diagnosed our cat's health issues and also took the time to explain them in detail. Dr. Radcliffe presented us with a variety of treatment options, allowing us to make informed decisions that best fit our circumstances. We feel so fortunate to have found a trusted vet that genuinely cares and goes the extra mile for the welfare of our cat. Highly recommended!

We have been patrons for many years and many of our beloved pets have gone through their doors. The entire staff are wonderful people, and the vets are very caring. Their follow up is much appreciated and attentive.

Britannia kings land vet clinic was a God send to me last Friday. I live 2 1/2 hours from Calgary and my turtle was sick. I made an appointment with her usual vet for Thursday but got the time wrong so they turned me away. I was so worried so I stayed the night and took all morning looking for a reptile vet. I absolutely couldn’t find a single one but I happened to phone Britannia kingsland clinic and they managed to give me an appointment even though I was late! Thank you so much for your kindness and patience.

Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable! I took my beardie here for a general checkup and was pleased with how thorough a job the vet did.Definitely feel comfortable that my scaly baby is in great hands and will come back when needed. :)

Dr. Katie Radcliffe has been very caring with our bunny named Lettuce. She recommended x-rays and ultrasound to find the cause of her not eating. Gave us pain meds and critical care for the weekend. She will have surgery for a kidney to be removed. I adopted Lettuce on March 13th from Calgary Humane Society. The video is of my husband giving her critical care this weekend.

I couldn't be happier with the experience of bringing my snake here. The receptionist was very kind when I was looking to find out if I should bring her in, and the veterinary staff is both extremely kind and very helpful, with suggestions on how to make her even happier and healthier.Highly recommend this clinic.
