I experienced a very great and professional service from JF when I made a claim. My case was followed and handled timely. Every time I wrote to them, I could get my email replied soon. JF is a great company! By the way, the representative who followed my case is RINA. She is so so nice! Thank you, Rina!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Bunch of thieves. They will twist anything in the claim to avoid reimbursement. This is the typical insurance company you have been hearing about, but thought vanished.They give insurance a bad name again.Terrible after sales services.

SCAM COMPANY! They will try everything to decline your claim. Trying to file a claim is like trying to win a legal battle. They ask for so much information and records. You have to prove every little thing. After giving all documents, they just ask for more. I have to spend a lot of time and money at the hospital just to get a few pages of record. When I am finally done giving my records, they just give you some random reason to decline your claim. I just wasted my time and money for nothing. It's better to not file a claim and give them the free money.

Terrible, terrible! don’t buy any insurance from this company because you will realize you pay for nothing in return. I wish I could give a zero star to this insurance company. I always purchased visitor insurance for my mother-in-law because I don’t want her uncovered when seeing a doctor. But all this insurance company did was just declining my claim and sent us a letter saying non sense. Same symptom, the first time that we noticed a ulcer near the left tonsil fossa, we went to see our family doctor and then she referred us to see a specialist, I guess because of the Covid, it took us longer to finally see the specialist and the insurance company just defined this as an unstable pre-existing condition and declined our claim. It is not our fault to wait that long. FYI, we always renewed our policy on time so we have valid insurance every day. Anyway, very disappointed at this company, not trustworthy at all.

I have had insurance with this company several times and am very satisfied with their performance.

DO NOT trust to this company at all. My father bought pre-existing condition coverage ,he had medical emergency and we sent all documents to the company to claim ,After 7 months back and forth and communication , The JF insurance company paid us ONLY first visit and they declined rest of expenses. Don't waste your time and money at this company . They don't cover your medical emergency expenses. Save your life!

Pathetic service. Hospitals don’t accept this insurance, we have to pay upfront then reimbursement. How stone age people you are. Why would I buy insurance if we want to struggle like this. And if same problem continues, you only have 3 visits at MCI free then you need pay. I’m writing this sitting at MCI bramlea. I’m going to tell this as many as people possible.I would have given it 0 star but no option.

One of the worst insurance companies, and they demand proof of the broken eyeglass that occurred in the restroom. The agent said my head should have broken to confirm I have fallen along with my eyeglasses, even though I told her that I didn't fall but my eyeglass did fall while wearing them after the bath. I'm not sure how to keep the camera inside the restroom to show them evidence. Please educate the employees that allow the customer speak and also that an eyeglass falling onto the floor qualifies as an accident which is not necessary that person should have injured. How can I record a sudden accident when, if it is not a planned one. I guess the individual who is going to die should have made plans in advance, according to this insurance company to claim the amount.Never recommend this insurance company to anyone.

I have been working with JF Group for many years, helping my clients .As long as client,s disclosure is correct, the company always honors their commitment and pays their claim.Many people fail to disclose the medical condition and there where the problem happens. As a broker, I insist on clear and detailed medical past history to make sure there is not going to be any problem in case of any claim happens.Good thing is that their team is always available to help the brokers and advise. .
