Unfortunately, this place has seriously fallen off in recent years- both in quality of food and customer service! In the past two times wet have ordered from here- once take out and the other delivery- both times we were missing half of our meal!!When I phoned, the person taking my call was not sympathetic whatsoever. There was no apology and no other compensation provided. They then said they would send the missing item and it took them almost an hour to deliver it…When i mentioned to the person on the phone that this was now the second time our orders had been messed up and would suggest a reminder be provided to the staff to double check and avoid any other mix-ups (to not only improve the customers experience but also aid their staff by not wasting their time), it was met with serious attitude and was then hung up on.This is the final time we will be ordering from this location… I am not one to write reviews whatsoever but feel I have no other option than to write this review… hopefully they can make improvements for future paying customers.

When it first opened, I went with family and friends to this nice place. The food and beverage, I ordered was very good. I never had any complaints about my food. When we came in, the hostess took us to our table right away or we had to wait 10 to 15 minutes depending how busy they were. The waitresses always asked if we were finished before taking our plates. They always ask if we want dessert. Then they will ask, do you want your bill? We paid cash and we tipped our waitresses cash only. Also, they do accept Debit and Credit.They do have a drive through, to pick up your order. They do prefer you call or go online to order. A few times, I ordered by phone and they will let me know how long my food will be ready. The lady will ask my name. Then when I get there. At the window, they will ask my name before I get my order. If you haven't paid before you come in. You have to go into the restaurant to pay, then they will hand you your order.They do have Washrooms and free Parking Lot. They do have Wheelchair Accessible Entrances and Wheelchair Accessible Parking Lots.

Too much dressing on the Ceasar - should have ordered on the side. Waitress forgot to enter correct cost for our table and got charged for previous table +45.62. I need to pay closer attention!It was fixed-all good!!Overall, a good lunch.

The only good thing is that the hot chicken sandwich was good and the kids meal pizza was good.. However I ordered a quarter chicken dinner and dinner with a piece of chicken that was no bigger than a tiny drumstick and that's definitely not a quarter of a chicken!! Unless you're using Cornish hens! On top of which The baked potato was only half cooked and the sour cream and chives was just sour cream with one little chive in the whole packet! I was sorely disappointed!! And all I got was a potato and that tiny piece of chicken and A bun that I couldn't even eat!

We go to this Swiss Chalet quite often. We've had Kathy as our server many times. She is great at what she does and is very friendly, personable, efficient and such a pleasure to deal with. We enjoy our meal and service every time!

I ordered a half chicken dinner, nothing fancy, in the drive thru then waited in my truck for 30 minutes for my order to brought out to my designated parking spot. After 30 minutes, I left with no food. This shouldn't be complicated. Avoid this location. It was 4:30 on a Sunday and not busy.

Literally one of the worst swiss chalets for takeout/delivery. The past few deliveries have either been missing multiple items or the entire delivered order is wrong. Today we ordered 2 caesar salads and instead received 1 half chicken dinner with fries. When we finally received the correct order the packages of salad dressing and croutons were inside the container with the lettuce and chicken which is ALWAYS separate for sanitary reasons.

There's barely anyone in the restaurant and the food not only took a long time to come out but was cold. Fries were the extremely salty too.
