I dealt with a lovely and helpful woman named Amy. This was by far the best experience I’ve had replacing a phone in 20 years of dealing with Telus. She helped me with every thing saved me money and found me the best deal. She even went a step above and installed my screen protector. Thanks so much.

I went shopping for a new provider after years fighting with Freedom because of issues with literally no signal around some areas I go a lot around Metro Vancouver. I checked a few stores and spoke with Will D. at the Telus store in Richmond Centre. The guy was fantastic!He took the time to explain everything, helped migrating my number and I even got the phone I wanted on the promotion (it was just before Christmas).He was super professional, gave us all the attention, overall a very decent guy. Definitely recommend looking for Will if you're going there.

I sought help a while ago at the Telus outlet and i was attended by Batoul who most kindly helped to resolve my problem. The process took a long while and Batoul showed both skills in problem solving as well as patience, intelligence and kindness in the process. I was most impressed by Batoul by her technological and problem solving and her work ethics. Telus is most fortunate to have her on its team.

I walked in to upgrade my phone and Will walked up to me right away and asked what he could help me with. He’s super friendly spent at least an hour with me and went over everything I asked about in detail. Very knowledgeable guy, I had a great experience overall. Thanks again Will! Highly recommend this telus location and Will Denny! He’s the man!

I went to the store on Sunday 16 April to get a new phone Sales person Kevin Johnson was exceptionally very helpful and took the time to explain me the feature of the new phone and the details on the bill.Kevin is an asset to Telus specially with his great knowledge and customer services Ash

Had the displeasure of waiting in line where there was only one guy working at the counter. He was understandably busy but he clearly saw us and 2 men behind us and didn’t even acknowledge any of us. 15 minutes later a lady with unfortunate looking plastic surgery and rolex watch then came out to yell at us to scan the QR code to check in. The older gentleman behind me was obviously confused and did not how to scan it using his phone. She responded by saying “tsk just wait here”. I had a few questions about switching to the USA plan and while she did at least answer them (in the most condescending tone), the complete lack of customer service is quite appalling.

Dropped in 15 min before close time in a panic ! Black screen of death issue. Will D. greeted us and calmed us down and switched everything back to her old phone. He even helped us update the old apps so nothing was lost. There was no pressure or rushing us to finish before his shift. BEST Customer Service Ever! Sales Alice Ji who works at the island is awesome! She helped me reactive two Koodo accounts today. I experienced excellent professional service and great patience from her. She provided extraordinary service to each drop in client.

Amy was incredible, she managed to assist with setting up my new internet service and made the whole process very easy.She went above and beyond to ensure that I was set up to save and have the best experience with Telus as possible. As customer service is important to me, Amy has provided 5 star service, she was extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I'd recommend her services to anyone! I believe Amy can be a great asset to the company! Good job.

After having issues with Telus online service, we were told to visit a store to have our issue resolved. This morning I went in to Richmond Centre. Ben the customer service rep helped me. He was able to fix the issue within a few minutes. Ben was fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable.
