Had the 2 piece Cod and chips, fish was wonderful, chips were really well done, good amount of tartar sauce, great location. If it's nice weather then I heartily advise grabbing some food here and either eating on their patio or sitting and eating on the seawall enjoying the view.Also do decent soft serve ice cream cones as well.

Go here and get the fish tacos, I am obsessed and wish I wasn’t just a tourist so I could come back often! My boyfriend got a chicken burger (I think? I was really focused on my fish tacos. He said it was also delicious) and we got a dole whip cone after. The cutest little causal beach eatery. The spot itself is very open, you order at the counter and can sit ‘inside’/outside or take your food to go eat steps away on the beach. There’s heaters if it’s chilly. We will definitely be back!

Delicious food!! We got the tacos & halibut & chicken burger. Everything was so yummy. Perfect batter for the fresh halibut & amazing chicken burger. My sister got the tacos and I did not try them but they looked amazing.Definitely will come back! Gorgeous view & nice workers.

You know a restaurant or food Operation has done a great job. Let me correct that, has done a fantastic job when you are so anxious to write the review you haven’t even left your table yet. The shore located right on the beach at Qualicum is the most enjoyable and Qwaint spot to have incredible seafood. Whenever I feel like a cod burger with the best fries ever or they’re amazing shrimp tacos it’s a scant 10 minute drive from my residence in Parksville. I literally won’t go anywhere else locally for any kind of seafood dish as long as this place exists and is open it’s that good. Enjoy and come back often.’

These are honestly the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. Thick meaty, juicy, flaky cod loins in a light crispy batter. We also ordered the Halibut burger with fries and onion rings. Everything was super fresh and crispy…plus we sat on the patio overlooking the beach so it doesn’t get much better than that. Also, they don’t skimp on the tartar sauce!!

Amazing little place with a great selection of simple foods from burgers to fish and chips and fish tacos. They even have a selection of refreshing local beer in can and margaritas. Can't bet the location. It is self service with an order and pickup window

Did you know Shore has Dole Whip?! THE DOLE WHIP! Yes! We love their tacos too! Staff is incredibly kind and efficient. Plus it’s right on the beach! Plan to hang for the day! This location is also home to one of Little Adventurers on Vancouver Island clues! @littleadventurers_vi

So glad they have amazing vegan options! The veggie burger was one of the best we have had and the dole whip is amazing! There aren't too many great vegan options in the area so we are so grateful to have Shore as an awesome summer location!

If you’re looking for good food, a beautiful view and great service, this is the place to go. Sometimes “touristy” places lack quality because they know people have very little other options but this place lives up to their google star rating.They serve some tasty boozie drinks, and their fish and chips are cooked to perfection. Definitely one of the best fish and chips I’ve had. Honourable mention to the fish tacos. A little on the expensive side but it was worth it for fresh ingredients and quality food. Very satisfied
