The Clean Shoppe

I have taken many items here with great results. There was one sweater that I brought in recently that shrunk (this has happened to me at previous dry cleaners as well) and the staff were happy to replace it for me and they apologized profusely. As I said, I have had this happen to me before at other dry cleaners and that establishment refused to admit that they had shrunk the item, did not apologize, and did not try to make amends - hence my reason for finding a new dry cleaner. I will keep coming back to the Clean Shoppe, thanks for great service!

Super good experience! Brought in a few jackets that needed zippers replaced and they did exactly what I asked and did a fantastic job at it. Will be recommending to others and going back. One jacket was also dry cleaned and I swear they worked magic on it. Very impressed!

Absolutely awful experience, took my daughters wedding gown there and asked for it to be cleaned,(cost $150) asked if it would be ready to take pictures in again and the woman told me yes. Went to pick it up today and the woman said it is wrinkly but it will be $100 extra to press! Total scam and she was super rude to boot! I don’t ever leave reviews, but this woman was awful. Will never have any of my family‘s business again!

Fav dry cleaner in the city by far. Every week Mike picks up our companies staff dry cleaning and returns in a couple days. My dress shirts have never looked better. Thanks Clean Shoppe team you truly are the best

I have been taking my work uniform here for several months and have always had a great experience. They always know the target areas to clean on my dress. They always offer me the most affordable option with my tiny scarf. They truly know how to keep a customer! Thank you :)

They did a great job on our king size duvet. The staff were friendly and the price was good.

DO NOT GO THEREExtremely poor serviceWorst dry cleaners in the history of dry cleaning.The lady ruined the fur on a 3 months old moose knuckle coat.The colour, texture and look of the REAL fur changed after she wetted and applied heat to it.You would think a dry cleaning place would know to remove the hood with fur prior to cleaning or applying heat.To make things worse she got very defensive and nasty with shouting at me to leave the store while name calling. Very unprofessional.The guy offered to replace the fur with some cheap knockoff stuff. Claiming they’re“in the fur business as well” smhThey charged me for ruining my coat and didn’t even apologized for their carelessness

Great courteous staff, i had a jacket that needed alteration and they got it done the same day and at a very reasonable price, highly recommended
