Avoid avoid avoid. Thieves. I broughtIn 73 games for the PS3 and they evaluated them. No sports. While waiting. For them my son saw a couple of Disney infinity figurines and asked the prices. $15 each. For a used piece (not rare or unique) that costs $13 new. Then they offer me $45 for all 73 games. I'm not a fool. I wasn't expecting $300+ but their offer, if it can be called that, is just short of robbery.

I go to this pawn shop often they are nice I haven't had any problems with the staff . It's better going to here in LaSalle them downtown !

Despite what you might have heard, there are deals to be found here.The staff are so so. Some are quite knowledgeable and actually check the stuff they get to make sure it works so that you don't get stuck with lemons. Some with give you good deals. The rest, no comment.The key is to see who's on the ball and come in when they're there.

They listed their items online and had us drive 40 minutes to their store after we agreed on a price over kijiji. They then refused to show us the item before we paid them the money, because “we arrived just after closing hours”. He refused to even meet with us, and instead said he’d meet us closer to where we live for the inconvenience... he never showed up the following day at the meetup...

There is a guy who works there who is overweight and very disheveled, he stole from me when I brought multiple items in to sell. He will take your items and place them in different spaces behind the counter and then begin rambling to you about anything to keep you there as long as possible and to make you forget about things you have brought in. He is a thief. Avoid this place at all costs.

The one on St-Catherine West is better although this is a good one too just not as good, downtown the manager is a hottie and the store is clean, best deals as well. Here just deals ☹
