Frontier Bridal Shop

Purchased both of our wedding outfits, my reception outfit as well as my families wedding outfits from Frontier. We really enjoyed the great selection of outfits as well as the friendly and welcoming staff members. We would recommend ordering early as alterations took a while - that being said, we were extremely happy with the final products. The staff are always willing to accommodate and help to make you 100% happy with your final outfit.

So happy with their work! I ordered my reception clothes by sketching out the design on paper and hoped for the best. When it came in I just saw the packaging and I knew I was going to be happy.As soon as I tried it on I was so happy, had the biggest smile on my face and felt like a princess ! The fit was perfect (a little big but even better), colour was on point, design was beautiful. Now I just have to do alterations and it's perfect!Thank you Frontier! I cannot wait to wear it in March 2019!

All the staff is amazing! Kiran aunty made wedding shopping so easy and fun!!! I’m very grateful for all that she helped us with and I would highly recommend this place for brides who want a fun and easy experience! :)

Great selection of outfits and staff is mostly friendly. Horrible organization though. Our bridal party paid $200 each for our bridesmaid outfits and Frontier was unable to ensure that each customer received the sari that was meant for them. There were several mix-ups and no accountability when this was mentioned to several staff. Specifically wrong saris given to the wrong bridesmaids and my blouse was made bigger (not smaller) after alterations, but I suspect I was given the wrong blouse. To make matters worse, when the bride went to pick up her mehndi outfit they could not find it with the event less than a week away. At least everything is the right color.3

I was told Friday at 8pm by Seema's Boutique that the wedding clothes I ordered for our immediate family did not arrive (I was repeatedly assured not to worry they will arrive, once they didn't arrive I was told it was my fault for ordering suits for my sister in law, her daughters and my mother in law and that I should not have taken that on, the owner took zero responsibility and proceeded to disrespect me, my own sister and my mother - even though they had nothing to do with this, she said a lot of hurtful and rude comments, disrespecting salwar suits, mother's and mother in law's). Our family wedding was Sunday morning, one day away. The bride's mother, sister, nieces, and myself (sister in law), had nothing to wear. I went into Frontier frantically Saturday morning at 11am and said please can you help us, we need suits for tomorrow morning. The owner, saw my panic and immediately started helping. He found 5 matching suits. One adult suit he had to tear apart to fit my 8 year old daughter, just so that she too would match the bridal party. He made my mother in law's suit from scratch. He had everything ready by Saturday 8pm! In 7 hours! Not only that, he also had my mother in law's reception suit made by the day of the reception (Sunday) by lunch time! I would also like to note, he gave us a wonderful deal! I will always be forever grateful for Frontier's kindness and for going above and beyond. Frontier made this wedding day a success.

Ignored us in store and kept telling us wait a little bit" for an hour before being helped while helping other people who had come after us. Then didn't adjust our outfit. We told them months in advance when we needed it done by. We came that day and they had not touched it

I've been here a few times with my fiance and her family, and they were given good help. I came here alone with just my fiance and they didn't give me much help, ended up getting the wrong sized kurtha handed over 4 times and they pretty much said something along the lines of if you aren't going to buy anything then I won't show you more".I genuinely feel like they prioritize groups and brides

I have had such an amazing shopping at Frontier for my upcoming wedding. Their work is amazing and super professional. The fitting and custom design of my outfits and my family members turned out perfectly. Would definitely recommend shopping here for Bridal or Non-bridal.

Absolutely nailed my wedding and reception lenghas. I was pretty picky with the customization and they did it perfectly and on time. Always go AT LEAST four months early for bridal outfits - that's generally the average for custom pieces at any Indian boutique. I see a lot of bridal shops getting bad reviews for not having stuff done right or on time and generally those customers either didn't provide enough detail or ordered pretty late so it was rushed...I had a great experience here and would recommend them to others.
